Changes to the Programme. 8.1 We will endeavour to ensure that the information provided to you on programmes offered is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. We will consider changes to programmes very carefully, and we hope to minimise any changes. 8.2 We undertake forward planning and, ordinarily, where a decision is taken to cease providing a course or module, or to withdraw from provision at a particular location, registered students currently on course will be taught to the conclusion of their studies and/or consulted on the change. 8.3 If changes are required, we will make every effort to minimise any disruption to your academic experience. 8.4 We reserve the right to make changes to a programme at any time if the changes are required /made for one or more of the following reasons: a) Unplanned absences of key members of academic staff; b) To make updates to programmes to reflect best practice or new academic developments and to refresh programme curricula to ensure their currency for the benefit of students; c) To improve and enhance students' experience of a programme, or to incorporate ch anges arising from student feedback for the benefit of students; d) alter the approach to methods of delivery of programmes such as the timetable, loc ation, number of classes and methods and timings of assessments; e) To meet external, professional or accrediting body requirements; and/or f) To safeguard academic standards, for example, in response to external examiner feedback. 8.5 We consider significant changes to a programme to include: a) A change to the award title; b) A change to the accreditation arrangements; c) Significant changes to the content of your programme such as adding or removing a mandatory module; d) Changes to the method of delivery or method of assessment of your programme suc h that the overall learning outcomes of your programme are fundamentally different; e) Significant changes to the location at which your programme is taught. 8.6 In the unlikely event that we (i) discontinue or do not provide your programme of study; or (ii) significantly changes the content of your programme, or (ii) significantly change the location at wh ich your programme is taught, and any such change may adversely affect you: a) we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity; b) if you request us to do so, we will seek to offer you a suitable replacement programme with us University for which you are qualified or if we are is unable to offer you a suitable replacement progra...

Changes to the Programme. (a) The Issuer[, failing which the Guarantor,] will notify each Dealer of: (i) any change in an Agent, or any change in any of the offices of such Agent; and (ii) any amendment to or termination of the Agency Agreement, the Deed of Covenant or the Guarantee, by no later than 10 Business Days before the making of that change, amendment or termination. (b) The Issuer [and the Guarantor] will not permit to become effective any change, amendment or termination to the Agency Agreement[,][or] Deed of Covenant [or Guarantee] which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the interests of any Dealer or the holder of any Notes then outstanding.

This would occur for instance should a workshop leader be ill, the workshop would be cancelled or should an attraction be closed, we would not visit the attraction.

Changes to the Programme. 6.1 The College will seek to deliver the Programme in accordance with the description set out in the Programme Details. However, there may be situations in which it is desirable or necessary for the College to make changes in Programme provision, either before or after the Programme start date. The College therefore reserves the right to: (a) make reasonable changes to the timetable, location, or academic staff specified for the Programme; and (b) make reasonable changes to the content and syllabus of the Programme when necessary. 6.2 The College reserves the right to defer the Start Date of the Programme if it is prevented from or delayed in providing the Programme on the Start Date due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the College. If the delayed Start Date is unacceptable to the Student the College may offer the Student an alternative Programme at a later date but if that cannot be agreed the Student’s enrolment will be deemed cancelled and any Programme Fees received by the College refunded in full. The College will have no liability to the Student in connection with any such changes in date or cancellation.

In response to a government or regulatory directive to change the programme in any way. 10.4. A significant change to the programme is where there is a change: 10.4.1. To the award title; 10.4.2. To the accreditation arrangements; 10.4.3. To the content of the programme (such as the removal of multiple mandatory modules); 10.4.4. To the method of delivery or method of assessment in multiple different modules; or 10.4.5. To the location in which the programme is taught. 10.5. In the unlikely event that we (i) discontinue or do not provide your programme of study; or (ii) significantly changes the content of your programme, or (ii) significantly change the location at which your programme is taught, and any such change may adversely affect you, we will: 10.5.1. notify you at the earliest possible opportunity; and 10.5.2. in the event that you choose to withdraw from the programme, make an appropriate refund of tuition fees and deposit paid to you under our Protection of Enrolled Learner (PEL) policy as stated on our website. 10.6. Where there is a significant change to the programme during the application stage, we will highlight this change to you when we are making the Offer to you.
