Respect for speed, fuel consumption rate, and number of occupants in the vehicle remain in effect at all times. 2. All Occupants must observe the regulatory speed of 10 km throughout the campsite at all times. Anyone who does not respect this regulation will have the right to circulate with his vehicle on the campsite. In order to ensure compliance with these regulations, management has equipped itself with a speed camera and will limit its tolerance to one advisory. If the violation seems reasonable to us, the notice will stand, if not, we will act immediately. 3. It is strictly forbidden to park one's vehicle or that of its visitors on vacant lots or along the streets. All vehicles must be parked at the locations indicated, otherwise they will be towed at your expense. The visitor's parking located at the arrival station (at the entrance) is not for the use of seasonal vehicles, it is only for day visitors. For the seasonal campers who wished to make use of the visitor parking located inside the campsite, this is a paid service which requires you to make the necessary arrangements with the management.

Circulation and Parking. Subterranean parking shall meet the requirements of the Building Inspection Department, Fire Department, and City Engineer. All parking shall be mechanically ventilated. No subterranean garage mechanical ventilation will occur in the courtyard area. The exhaust system for mechanically ventilated structures shall be located to mitigate noise and exhaust impacts on the residential units, courtyard, adjoining properties, and public right-of-way. The Developer shall prepare a plan which identifies the location of curbside parking control zones, parking meters, fire hydrants, trees, and street lights. Such plan shall be submitted in conjunction with 100% Construction Drawings.

However, an exception may be granted by the campground owners for mobility equipment recognized by a doctor for individuals with restricted mobility. 5. Bicycles must respect a safe speed (maximum of 10 km) and are prohibited after dusk unless they are equipped with headlights. Please let your children know. 6. Motorcycles are permitted to get to the site but not for rides on the grounds. Wearing a helmet is always mandatory. 7. For the respect of others, noisy vehicles may not circulate before 9 am or after 9 pm.
Circulation and Parking. City and Foundation have shared mutual interests related to circulation and parking in the neighborhoods adjoining and in the vicinity of the Premises, East Beach and the Cabrillo Boulevard corridor. City acknowledges that from time to time Foundation staff and visitors may use the parking facilities located at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field and on the streets in the vicinity of the Premises. Foundation acknowledges that the parking facilities located at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field are primarily intended to serve park uses occurring at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field. Any use of the parking facilities at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field by employees or guests of the Zoo is secondary to the park uses and shall occur on a first-come, first-served basis without prior assignment or reservation. City and Foundation covenant and agree to cooperate with one another in connection with the circulation and parking issues associated with the Premises, East Beach and the Cabrillo Boulevard corridor.

Access to the interior portions of the facility would be restricted by gated driveways from the main parking lot and from Cabot Road.   • No Physical Presence of Quorum and Participation by Audio or Video; Disaster Declaration The ability of the Board to meet in person with a quorum physically present at its meeting location may be affected by the Governor or the Director of the Ill. Dept. of Public Health issuing a disaster declaration related to a public health emergency. The Board President or, if the office is vacant or the President is absent or unable to perform the office’s duties, the Vice President determines that an in- person meeting or a meeting conducted under the Quorum and Participation by Audio or Video Means subhead above, is not practical or prudent because of the disaster declaration; if neither the President nor Vice President are present or able to perform this determination, the Superintendent shall serve as the duly authorized designee for purposes of making this determination. The individual who makes this determination for the Board shall put it in writing, include it on the Board’s published notice and agenda for the audio or video meeting and in the meeting minutes, and ensure that the Board meets every OMA requirement for the Board to meet by video or audio conference without the physical presence of a quorum.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternate meetings of the committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct. To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.

  • NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC EVENTS AND MEETINGS 2 A. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in 3 whole or in part by the COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve 4 clients or occur in the normal course of business. 5 B. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR at least thirty (30) business days in advance 6 of any applicable public event or meeting. The notification must include the date, time, duration, 7 location and purpose of the public event or meeting. Any promotional materials or event related flyers 8 must be approved by ADMINISTRATOR prior to distribution. 9

  • Operation and Use So long as the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine is subject to the Lien of this Trust Indenture, the Owner shall not operate, use or locate the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, or allow the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to be operated, used or located, (i) in any area excluded from coverage by any insurance required by the terms of Section 4.06, except in the case of a requisition by the U.S. Government where the Owner obtains indemnity in lieu of such insurance from the U.S. Government, or insurance from the U.S. Government, against substantially the same risks and for at least the amounts of the insurance required by Section 4.06 covering such area, or (ii) in any recognized area of hostilities unless covered in accordance with Section 4.06 by war risk insurance, or in either case unless the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine is only temporarily operated, used or located in such area as a result of an emergency, equipment malfunction, navigational error, hijacking, weather condition or other similar unforeseen circumstance, so long as Owner diligently and in good faith proceeds to remove the Aircraft from such area. So long as the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine is subject to the Lien of this Trust Indenture, the Owner shall not permit such Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, as the case may be, to be used, operated, maintained, serviced, repaired or overhauled (x) in violation of any Law binding on or applicable to such Aircraft, Airframe or Engine or (y) in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license or registration of any Government Entity relating to the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine, except (i) immaterial or non-recurring violations with respect to which corrective measures are taken promptly by Owner or Permitted Lessee, as the case may be, upon discovery thereof, or (ii) to the extent the validity or application of any such Law or requirement relating to any such certificate, license or registration is being contested in good faith by Owner or Permitted Lessee in any reasonable manner which does not involve any material risk of the sale, forfeiture or loss of the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, any material risk of criminal liability or material civil penalty against Mortgagee or impair the Mortgagee's security interest in the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine.

  • Approval by Limited Partners of Merger or Consolidation (a) Except as provided in Section 14.3(d), the General Partner, upon its approval of the Merger Agreement, shall direct that the Merger Agreement be submitted to a vote of Limited Partners, whether at a special meeting or by written consent, in either case in accordance with the requirements of Article XIII. A copy or a summary of the Merger Agreement shall be included in or enclosed with the notice of a special meeting or the written consent. (b) Except as provided in Section 14.3(d), the Merger Agreement shall be approved upon receiving the affirmative vote or consent of the holders of a Unit Majority unless the Merger Agreement contains any provision that, if contained in an amendment to this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement or the Delaware Act would require for its approval the vote or consent of a greater percentage of the Outstanding Units or of any class of Limited Partners, in which case such greater percentage vote or consent shall be required for approval of the Merger Agreement. (c) Except as provided in Section 14.3(d), after such approval by vote or consent of the Limited Partners, and at any time prior to the filing of the certificate of merger pursuant to Section 14.4, the merger or consolidation may be abandoned pursuant to provisions therefor, if any, set forth in the Merger Agreement. (d) Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Article XIV or in this Agreement, the General Partner is permitted, in its discretion, without Limited Partner approval, to merge the Partnership or any Group Member into, or convey all of the Partnership’s assets to, another limited liability entity which shall be newly formed and shall have no assets, liabilities or operations at the time of such Merger other than those it receives from the Partnership or other Group Member if (i) the General Partner has received an Opinion of Counsel that the merger or conveyance, as the case may be, would not result in the loss of the limited liability of any Limited Partner or any Group Member or cause the Partnership or any Group Member to be treated as an association taxable as a corporation or otherwise to be taxed as an entity for federal income tax purposes (to the extent not previously treated as such), (ii) the sole purpose of such merger or conveyance is to effect a mere change in the legal form of the Partnership into another limited liability entity and (iii) the governing instruments of the new entity provide the Limited Partners and the General Partner with the same rights and obligations as are herein contained.
