Seasonal Workers. The Corporation agrees to reimburse, the same as for regular employees, the cost of safety footwear for Relief Workers, Seasonal Workers after working a minimum of ninety (90) work days in a calendar year.
Seasonal Workers. Seasonal workers will be called back to work during the period November through April. During their employment period seasonal workers will be guaranteed a minimum of fourteen (14) consecutive full weeks of employment.
Seasonal Workers. The City may retain seasonal workers for up to seven (7) months, unless the parties agree, in writing, to extend such periods of employment. Generally, the term of employment shall be from April 1st through December 1st. Seasonal workers are not to be used to fill Bargaining Unit positions. The City will make available, upon request, an up-to-date list of all seasonal workers.
Seasonal Workers. 20.01 The Company will employ seasonal workers to aid and assist regular employees in the placement of cables and pedestals, and these seasonal workers will be paid a wage equivalent to the initial wage steps (0-6 months) of the Plant Craft wage schedule. It is not the intent of the Company to replace regular employees with seasonal workers. Seasonal workers are not required to join the Union but will be given the opportunity to do so if they choose. Seasonal workers shall not be required to pay dues or a service/ representation fee.
