Common use of Class Observations Clause in Contracts

Class Observations. Unit Managers and Academic Supervisors or senior members of the faculty designated by Academic Supervisors will request permission to visit at least one class taught by each faculty member in each Academic Unit each year. The specific class or classes to be visited will be determined in advance by means of consultation between the observer and the individual faculty member. The observer or the faculty member will have the option of requesting another faculty member to visit additional classes to make evaluations.
