CLASS REEVALUATION (UPGRADING). Section 1. The State and the Union agree to the following Class and SCOPE Reevaluation process: The State and the Union agree to maintain and continue the current practice of five (5) year class and class specification reviews where OJE adjustments may be resolved for jobs and classes which the Union believes have substantial changes in duties through interim bargaining and, if necessary, arbitration. New positions will be subject to bargaining and arbitration one (1) year after their creation, and an individual being in the position, whichever is later. The above listed Class and SCOPE Reevaluation process may be amended upon mutual agreement.
CLASS REEVALUATION (UPGRADING). Section One. The procedure set forth in this Article supersedes the provisions of 5-200(p) relative to the right of employees or their representatives to appeal for class reevaluation.

  • Upgrading You may request an Upgrade. For purposes of an Upgrade request, each individual who constitutes the Depositor under the agreement for Retail Direct Services is considered a required Signing Officer for purposes of acceptance of the Upgrade, and You agree to ensure that each such individual agrees to the Upgrade and accepts the terms of this Agreement before initiating the Upgrade request. Implementation of an Upgrade is subject to the approval of the Financial Institution. We may rely on Your Upgrade request when evidenced by a single Signing Officer and treat such Upgrade request as binding on You. If We then implement the Upgrade, this Agreement is deemed to be accepted by and binding on You. If multiple individuals constitute the Depositor, this Agreement will be deemed provisionally accepted until all individuals who constitute the Depositor under the agreement for Retail Direct Services provide evidence of their acceptance of this Agreement to the Financial Institution (“Provisionally Accepted”). You agree to ensure that all such individuals provide timely evidence of their acceptance of this Agreement to Us. While this Agreement is Provisionally Accepted, one of the following states will apply:

  • Performance Rating Describes the Educator’s performance on each performance standard and overall. There shall be four performance ratings:  Exemplary: the Educator’s performance consistently and significantly exceeds the requirements of a standard or overall. The rating of exemplary on a standard indicates that practice significantly exceeds proficient and could serve as a model of practice on that standard district-wide.  Proficient: the Educator’s performance fully and consistently meets the requirements of a standard or overall. Proficient practice is understood to be fully satisfactory.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • Evaluation Rating The final summative evaluation level that is assigned to a teacher based on the holistic review of all Evaluation Factors, observed during the Evaluation Cycle. The rating shall be “accomplished”, “skilled”, “developing”, or “ineffective”. The final rating shall not be weighted in such a way that one (1) domain or component of the evaluation system has a higher importance than another, except that any area marked N/A shall not negatively impact the evaluation rating.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting Evaluation A. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its activities under the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Bank.   • Mentoring Program It is recognized that the induction of new teachers through a formalized mentoring program will help to promote excellence in teaching and improve student achievement. The focus of this program will be to build a supportive environment for new teachers within the context of school improvement.
