Classification Adjustments. In the event that an employee is transferred to a job within another classification or is performing the work of another classification, such employee will receive pay for that classification as per Schedule "A".

Effective July those individuals assisting the Flusher Vacuum Equipment Operator in the operation of that piece of equipment are to be paid the rate of Ra w Sewage Raw Sewage Premium shall be paid to the following Employees: Trouble Investigator Trouble Investigator Helper or their Designates These Employees shall receive a Weekly Premium of two and one-half (2 hours pay at the regular rate in lieu of all work in raw sewage. This Weekly Premium does not apply to vacations, sick leave. and other benefits and will be pro-rated for any absences from work with the exception of Statutory SPECIFIED-PAID HOLIDAYS. Classification Adjustments. Employees whose rate of pay falls below the minimum set each 1 July for their position’s designated band will have their rate of pay adjusted to that minimum effective at that date.
Classification Adjustments. (a) The Employer has the right to assign pay rates to new or significantly changed classifications. New classifications created or existing classifications amended by the Employer, along with the assigned pay rates, shall be communicated to the Union prior to implementation. Assigned rates of pay shall be subject to the appeal procedure set out in accordance with Article 14.04 below.
