CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES Wages. ‌‌ Effective the first day of the pay period that includes January 1, 2020, the base wage for members of the bargaining unit shall increase by $0.50 per hour or by 2% per hour, whichever amount is greater.‌ Effective the first day of the pay period that includes January 1, 2021, the base wage for members of the bargaining unit shall increase by $0.50 per hour or by 2% per hour, whichever amount is greater. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.
