Clearing of File. 14.01 The authority to suspend, discharge or otherwise discipline an Employee rests with management. An Employee who has completed their probationary period may be disciplined, suspended or discharged, but only for cause. When the Employer has decided to discipline an Employee in the form of a written reprimand, suspension or discharge, it shall have a meeting with the Employee in the presence of a Union xxxxxxx.
