Presence of a Union Xxxxxxx. Any employee covered by this agreement who is called into the Company's office for any discussions pertaining to disciplinary or administrative measures or during an investigation by the Loss Prevention department which could result in disciplinary measures for the employee shall be informed of his right to be accompanied by a xxxxxxx. (12) months after the date of the imposition of the discipline.

Seniority is the total length of "continuous service" by an employee in the employ of the Company on a full or part-time basis, within the bargaining unit. The purpose of seniority is to provide the order of work preference, lay recalls, and vacation selection.
Presence of a Union Xxxxxxx. Prior to any discipline, any employee covered by this agreement must meet with an Employer official, for discussions pertaining to disciplinary or administrative measures which could result in discipline for the employee. The employee shall be accompanied by a representative of the Union unless the employee declines such representation. If the employee declines such representation, the employee shall sign a waiver, prior to the discussion. The form will be developed jointly by the Union and the Employer. Upon signature a copy will be provided to the Union.
Presence of a Union Xxxxxxx a) Once the Company has concluded a disciplinary investigation and written discipline is to be dispensed to an employee, the Company will advise the employee that such discipline is forthcoming. The employee shall be informed of her right to be accompanied by a xxxxxxx. The employee can request the xxxxxxx of her choice. Where that xxxxxxx is unavailable, the employee may request the presence of another Union representative.
b) An employee who is called into the Company's office to discuss a matter which may lead to a disciplinary measure being issued to the employee, shall be informed of her right to be accompanied by a xxxxxxx.
