Presence of a Union Xxxxxxx. Any employee covered by this agreement who is called into the Company's office for any discussions pertaining to disciplinary or administrative measures or during an investigation by the Loss Prevention department which could result in disciplinary measures for the employee shall be informed of his right to be accompanied by a xxxxxxx of his choice who is readily available.
