Comfort Breaks. The Employer shall provide each employee an adequate time allowance of between 5-7 minutes; within constructed route services within each daily shift schedule, to allow drivers access to toilet and wash room facilities in compliance with Western Australian Occupational Health and safety legislation.

  • Rest Breaks Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.
