Co-Sponsorship. A. A co-sponsored event is defined as an event that is planned and conducted by an outside non-profit organization but with support of County staff, equipment, public safety services and/or the use of facilities. The Olmsted County Graham Park allocates funds ($3000) annually for the purpose of assisting non-profit Olmsted County-based organizations hosting co-sponsored community events. The County does not provide monetary funds for these co-sponsored events, but rather in-kind services. Applications are reviewed on a Quarterly basis (March, June, September and December). Organizations seeking co-sponsorship assistance are required to submit a co-sponsorship application (6) six months prior to their event. Types of sponsorship vary and are based on the needs of the non-profit group. The County will sponsor at most 50% of the rental fees. B. There are three designated types of co-sponsorship: i. Requests that include facility usage such as community meetings or events that take place at Graham Park. Co-sponsorship applicants requesting the use of a facility must also complete a Facility Use Permit along with their co-sponsorship application paperwork. ii. Parades, festivals and carnivals that take place at Graham Park may be considered for co- sponsorship by Olmsted County. iii. Use of County equipment including sporting equipment, generators, stages, tables, chairs, canopies, etc. not including the facility where it is located. C. Procedure for Requesting County Co-Sponsorship or Special Event i. Submit application to: * Olmsted County Facilities, Attn: Graham Park, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx XX, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx XX 00000 ii. Co-Sponsorship applications are accepted year-round, but only reviewed quarterly

Co-Sponsorship. 8.1 The Recipient warrants that, as at the Commencement Date: (1) it: (a) is not receiving money or revenues from the tobacco industry or its associated foundations, whether directly or indirectly; (b) does not have arrangements or dealings with the tobacco industry, whether directly or indirectly, which may actually, potentially or perceivably compromise tobacco control initiatives; and (c) does not have any direct or indirect arrangements, connections or dealings with the sale, promotion or distribution of tobacco products which may actually, potentially or perceivably compromise tobacco control initiatives; and (2) it has disclosed in writing to Healthway, including pursuant to the Application Form, all existing sponsorship received by the Recipient from food, drink, alcohol and gambling related companies, brands or interests. 8.2 If, during the Term, the Recipient wishes to enter into an arrangement with a Co-sponsor of the nature described in clause 8.1(2) then, prior to entering into any agreement with the Co- sponsor, the Recipient must provide all relevant information regarding the proposed arrangement to Healthway including: (1) the name of the proposed Co-sponsor; (2) the type of the proposed sponsorship; and (3) any other information relating to the nature of the proposed sponsorship that Healthway deems necessary to assess the risk of the sponsorship undermining the Sponsorship Objective, the Healthway Objectives or health promotion returns, (together the Co-sponsorship Information). 8.3 Within 4 weeks of receipt of the Co-sponsorship Information, Healthway will make a decision, in its absolute discretion, regarding whether the Co-sponsorship can proceed during the Term and will notify the Recipient of that decision. Without limiting its discretion under this clause 8.3, Healthway will refer to its Co-Sponsorship Guidelines (a copy of which is available from Healthway’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xx) when assessing a Co-Sponsor proposal. 8.4 If: (1) notwithstanding Healthway’s decision pursuant to clause 8.3, the Recipient proceeds with the proposed arrangement with the Co-sponsor; or (2) the Recipient enters into an arrangement with a Co-sponsor without complying with clause 8.2, then Healthway may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by notice in writing to the Recipient.
Co-Sponsorship. To sponsor a program with the CCPR Department. The sponsored program has to be open for all County citizens. Fees will be negotiable.
Co-Sponsorship the host association does not participate in the financial results of the colloquium or in the planning of the Scientific/Professional Program. The host association helps promote the event and the association’s logo is included on the colloquium material along with other co-sponsors.
