COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT PRINTING. 26.01 The Company and the Union will share the cost of printing the Collective Agreement on a 50/50 basis. The parties will meet as soon as possible following the conclusion of bargaining to select a printing Company. A final draft will be prepared as soon as possible following ratification.

COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT PRINTING. The text of both the Full time / Part time Collective Agree- ment and the Seasonal Collective Agreement shall be printed in a combined booklet, together with the appropri- ate appendices. The Collective Agreement booklets shall be printed and copies submitted to the Union within ninety (90) days of the date of mutual ratification. The parties shall share the costs of such printing.
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT PRINTING. The Union agrees to prepare, within thirty (30) days of the signing of the Collective Agreement, the text of said Agreement, any Appendices and Letters of Understanding and to provide each employee with a copy, and to provide the Employer with copies, provided the Employer pays the Union’s cost of printing the Employer’s copies.

COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT PRINTING. The parties agree that they will share equally the cost of printing the Collective Agreement. ARTICLE UNIFORMS The Hospital agrees to provide lab coats all employees in all departments. These coats upon request, may be safety lab coats if deemed necessary by the manager. Alternatively the Hospital agrees to provide scrub suits to employees upon their request, if deemed necessary by the manager, and additionally they shall be provided with lab coats. If one employee feels the need for replacement, the employee should make a request to the Department Head and upon mutual agreement, the replacement will be ordered upon request. The employer will continue to launder and replace the Lab Suits. Any terminating employee is responsible for returning any Laboratory to their Department Head prior to receiving their final cheque. The Hospital agrees that it will not be unreasonable in its application of this provision.
