Combating terrorism. The Parties agree to cooperate in the prevention and suppression of acts of terrorism in full respect for the rule of law, international human rights, and refugee and humanitarian law and in accordance with the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy of 2006 as well as their respective laws and regulations. They shall do so, in particular in the framework of the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1373 (2001), 1540 (2004) and 1904 (2009) and other relevant UN instruments, and applicable international conventions and instruments:
(a) by exchanging information on terrorist groups and their support networks in accordance with international and national law;
(b) by exchanging views on terrorism trends and on means and methods of combating terrorism, including in technical areas and training, and by exchanging experiences in respect of the prevention of terrorism; and
(c) by sharing best practices in the area of protection of human rights in the fight against terrorism.
Combating terrorism. In compliance with the international conventions to which they are Party and their respective laws and regulations, the Parties agree to cooperate in order to prevent and suppress acts of terrorism and their financing:
(a) in the framework of full implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) and other relevant UN resolutions, international conventions and instruments;
(b) by exchanging information on terrorist groups and their support networks in accordance with international and national law;
(c) by exchanging experiences with regard to means and methods of combating terrorism and in technical areas and training, and by exchanging experience in respect of the prevention of terrorism.
1. The Community and Montenegro shall establish a close cooperation aimed at contributing to the development and growth potential of Montenegro. Such cooperation shall strengthen existing economic links on the widest possible foundation, to the benefit of both Parties.
2. Policies and other measures shall be designed to bring about sustainable economic and social development of Montenegro. These policies should ensure that environmental considerations are also fully incorporated from the outset and that they are linked to the requirements of harmonious social development.
3. Cooperation policies shall be integrated into a regional framework of cooperation. Special attention will have to be devoted to measures that can xxxxxx cooperation between Montenegro and its neighbouring countries including Member States, thus contributing to regional stability. The Stabilisation and Association Council shall define priorities between and within the cooperation policies described hereinafter in line with the European Partnership.
Combating terrorism. 1. The Parties reaffirm the importance of the fight against and the prevention of terrorism, and agree to work together at bilateral, regional and international level to prevent and combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
2. The Parties agree that it is essential that the fight against terrorism be conducted with full respect for the rule of law and in full conformity with international law, including international human rights law, international refugee law and international humanitarian law, the principles of the UN Charter, and all relevant international counter-terrorism-related instruments.
3. The Parties stress the importance of the universal ratification and full implementation of all UN counter-terrorism-related conventions and protocols. The Parties agree to continue to promote dialogue on the draft Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism and to cooperate in the implementation of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, as well as all relevant UN Security Council resolutions and Council of Europe conventions. The Parties also agree to cooperate to promote international consensus on the prevention of and fight against terrorism.

The Parties reaffirm the importance of preventing and combating terrorism, in full respect of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations, the rule of law and international law, including applicable international human rights law and humanitarian law, taking into account the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, contained in UN General Assembly Resolution 60/288 (2006) as revised by UN General Assembly Resolutions 62/272 (2008) and 64/297 (2010). Within this framework, they agree to cooperate on preventing and combating terrorist acts, in particular:
(a) in the framework of the implementation of UNSC Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1373 (2001) and 1822 (2008), as well as other relevant UN resolutions, and ratification and implementation of relevant international conventions and instruments;
(b) by exchanging information on terrorist groups and their support networks in accordance with international and domestic law;
(c) by exchanging views on means and methods used to counter terrorism and incitement of terrorist acts, including in technical field and training, and by exchanging experience in terrorism prevention;
(d) by cooperating so as to deepen the international consensus on the fight against terrorism and terrorism financing and in the appropriate normative framework, and by working towards an agreement on the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism as soon as possible, so as to complement the existing UN and other applicable international counter-terrorism instruments;
(e) by promoting cooperation among UN Member States to effectively implement the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy by all appropriate means;
(f) by implementing and enhancing their cooperation on counter-terrorism within the EU-ASEAN dialogue and ASEM frameworks;
(g) by exchanging best practices in the area of prevention and the fight against terrorism.
Combating terrorism. The Parties reaffirm the importance of the fight against terrorism and, in accordance with international conventions, international human rights, humanitarian and refugee law and with their respective legislation and regulations, agree to cooperate in the prevention and suppression of terrorist acts. They shall do so in particular:
(a) in the framework of the full implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) and other relevant UN resolutions, the UN Counter-Terrorism Strategy, international conventions and instruments;
(b) by exchange of information on terrorist groups and their support networks in accordance with international and national law; and
(c) by exchanges of view on means and methods used to counter terrorism, including in technical fields and training, and by exchange of experiences in respect of terrorism prevention. The Parties continue to be committed to reaching an agreement on the UN Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism as soon as possible. The Parties are deeply concerned about incitement of terrorist acts and emphasise their commitment to take all necessary and appropriate measures in accordance with international and national law, to reduce the threat posed by such incitement.
Combating terrorism. The Contractor will comply with Executive Order 13224: Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism. Executive Order 13224 and U.S. laws prohibit transactions with, and the provision of resources and support to, individuals and organizations associated with terrorism.
