Commence Leave. Employees will be able to change the date they intend to begin pregnancy or parental leave to a later date if they give at least two (2) weeks written notice to their Employer before the date leave was originally to begin.

In circumstances where the employee has exhausted all of the paid leave, a further 2 days unpaid leave may be taken.
