Commercial Rates. Commercial rates apply to commercial businesses. They also apply to duplexes, apartments, mobile home and courts, condominiums, etc., where service is billed to and paid by the residential property owner or manager. Customers will be charged for service ordered, even if fewer units are serviced or containers are less than full on a particular day.

17.01 (a) Reinforcing Ironworker apprentices shall serve a two (2) year apprenticeship, divided into four (4) levels of 810 hours each. New apprentices will start at 60% of the journeyperson rate with no Pension coverage for the first 810 hours, but with full benefits paid. Apprentices must attend and pass the appropriate technical training courses to advance from the 70% rate of the second level to the 80% rate in the third level.
Commercial Rates. The payment of rent in accordance with clause 3.1 hereof shall be deemed to include all or any liability the Tenant may have in respect of Commercial Rates payable under the Demised Premises.
