Commuter Benefits. Employees in the bargaining unit shall be eligible for the following benefits: The One Regional Card for All (“ORCA Card”) Program: The Port offers ORCA cards to eligible employees at a substantially reduced cost for transportation on multiple regional transit systems. Employees who participate in the ORCA card program may also be eligible for additional subsidized transportation services. The availability of the ORCA program, annual cost, potential tax consequences for employees, and other provisions are subject to change based on guidelines provided by agencies with whom the Port contracts for the ORCA program benefits, IRS requirements, as well as the Port’s discretion.
Commuter Benefits. 148. The SFMTA agrees to participate, on behalf of service critical employees at the SFMTA in any commuter check program established by the City.

Commuter Benefits. The Port agrees to extend to members of the bargaining unit a discount priced ORCA card on the same basis as such benefit is provided to non-represented employees. The Port reserves the right to modify or discontinue the benefit without a duty to bargain if the benefit is modified or discontinued for non-represented employees.
Commuter Benefits. This Commuter Benefits Schedule to the Agreement between the Employer and HQY sets forth the terms pursuant to which HQY will provide administration services for qualified transportation fringe benefits (as described in 26 USC 132(f)) that Employer offers to its eligible employees (the “Commuter Benefits”), and is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement.
Commuter Benefits. 1. EFF shall participate in a commuter benefits program. Employees who live in the Bay Area may elect to use pre-tax dollars to pay for public transportation, up to allowable limits.
2. EFF shall provide a monthly transit stipend for commuter benefits that equals Employees’ contributions toward transit and parking FSAs up to $110 per month to all Bay Area employees who commute to the EFF offices at least two times a week on a regular basis.
Commuter Benefits. The Applicant will voluntarily comply with the DC Commuter Benefits Law regardless of the number of employees on staff, which requires employers to provide certain mass transit benefits to employees.
Commuter Benefits. Bargaining unit employees are eligible to participate in FP’s Commuter Benefits Program on the same terms as non-bargaining unit employees. FP has the right to modify or terminate the Commuter Benefits Program, and any such modification or termination will not be subject to bargaining or arbitration with the Guild, provided that FP applies the same changes at the same time to all FP employees.
Commuter Benefits. The Board shall maintain a Commuter Benefit plan under Section 132(f) of the Internal Revenue Code. An employee may annually contribute any amount to the plan, from a monthly minimum of $25 to the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Code, with the contribution being deducted from the employee’s pay.
