Compensation During Disability. In the event of the Executive’s failure to satisfactorily perform his duties hereunder on a full-time basis by reason of his incapacity due to physical or mental illness for any period not otherwise constituting Disability as defined under sub-paragraph (vi) of Paragraph 7(a) hereof, the Executive’s employment hereunder shall not be deemed terminated and he shall continue to receive the compensation and benefits provided under Paragraph 5 in accordance with the terms thereof.
Compensation During Disability. During any period in which Executive fails to perform Executive’s duties under this Agreement as a result of Executive’s incapacity due to physical or mental illness or bodily injury or disease, Executive will continue to receive all Base Salary and other compensation and benefits to which Executive is otherwise entitled under this Agreement and any Plan through Executive’s Date of Termination, but only to the extent that Executive is not receiving substantially equivalent benefits under any Plan maintained by Employer.
Compensation During Disability. During any period that the Executive fails to perform his duties hereunder as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental injury or illness, the Executive shall continue to receive the Base Salary, incentive compensation and benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement until his employment is termination pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof; provided that payments so made to the Executive during such period shall be reduced to the extent of any amounts paid to the Executive under any disability benefit plan of the Company.
Compensation During Disability. During any period that the Employee fails to perform his duties hereunder as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, the Employee shall continue to receive or shall receive the benefits of (as the case may be), all items described in Section 4 hereof at the rate then in effect for such period until his employment is terminated pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof, provided that payments so made to the Employee shall be reduced by the sum of the amounts, if any, payable to the Employee under the Bank's disability insurance, under worker's compensation insurance or under any other insurance.

Compensation During Disability. During any period that the Executive fails to perform the Executive’s duties hereunder as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness (the “Disability Period”), the Executive shall be treated as fully employed and shall continue to receive, or receive the benefit of (as the case may be) all items described in Section 5 hereof at the rate then in effect for such period until his employment is terminated pursuant to Section 9(b)(i) hereof; provided, that payments made to the Executive during the first 180 days of the Disability Period shall be reduced by the sum of the amounts, if any, payable to the Executive at or prior to the time of any payment under disability benefit plans of the Company and which amounts were not previously applied to reduce any payment.
Compensation During Disability. Executive shall receive his Base Compensation during the first ninety (90) business days of absence due to Disability (as hereinafter defined) in accordance with the Company's disability benefits provided to Senior Level Executives. The amount of benefits to be paid by the Company to Executive under this Section 6 shall be reduced by any amount paid or to be paid to Executive for such period under any insurance policy the premiums for which were paid by the Company. In the event of Executive's Disability and a determination by the Board of Directors that no reasonable accommodations can be made, the Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement. If the Company terminates Executive's employment under this Agreement because of Executive's Disability, the Company shall pay to Executive the amounts, and provide to Executive the benefits, specified in Section 10 hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, "Disability" shall mean Executive's inability, through physical or mental illness or accident or other cause, to perform his major and substantial duties on a full time basis as determined by a physician hired by the Board of Directors for this purpose (the "Company Physician"). If the physician regularly attending Executive (the "Executive Physician") disagrees with the opinion of the Company Physician, the Company Physician and the Executive Physician shall choose a third consulting physician (the expense of which shall be borne by the Company), and the written opinion of the third consulting physician shall be conclusive as to such disability. In conjunction with this Section 6, Executive consents to such examination, to furnish any medical information requested by any examining physician, and to waive any applicable physician-patient privilege that may arise because of such examination. All physicians, except the Executive Physician, selected hereunder must be board-certified in the specialty most closely related to the nature of the disability alleged to exist.
Compensation During Disability. Compensation During Disability. During any period that you fail to perform your duties hereunder as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, you shall continue to receive your full base salary at the rate then in effect, and any time of service for vesting purposes under any plan shall continue to accrue during such period of incapacity until and if your employment is terminated pursuant to Section 3(i) hereof (and for any longer period as may be provided under applicable plans).
