Compensation for Court Time. 14.6.1 An employee shall be entitled to extra compensation in lieu of overtime for all appearances at hearings and in the Courts, for any time spent outside of his regularly scheduled tour of duty. The compensation for such appearances shall be a minimum of two (2) hours at the rate of one-and-one-half times the employee's hourly rate. Each hour over and above the two hour minimum shall be compensated at a rate of one-and - one half times the employee’s hourly rate.
