Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. The compensation paid to employees covered by this agreement for extra duty assignments shall be in accordance with the extra-duty salary schedule as set forth in Appendices C and C-1. If the individual employee is unable to complete the assignment in Appendix C, the administration reserves the right to adjust compensation as necessary on a pro rata basis of days served to days expected. If an individual employee is unable to complete the assignment in Appendix C-1, the administration reserves the right to determine the compensation adjustment. The adjustment for those assigned duties with known lengths of time will be done on a pro rata basis for days served to days expected. All other assigned duties will be assumed to be year long and adjustment made based on a pro rata basis.

Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. A. CRITERIA: There are two basic criteria for pay differential between specific extra duty assignments: Criteria A –Extra duties that require no special skill and/or training; and/or are not exposed to adverse weather conditions. Criteria B – Extra duties that require a special skill and/or training; and/or are exposed to adverse weather conditions.
Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. In order to provide equitable compensation for extra duty assignments, the following percentages and flat rates are established. The percentages shown shall be multiplied by the designated step of the Bachelor's Salary Schedule.
Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. (Continued) During the first three years of experience in a specific assignment, the percentage will be applied to Step 3 of the appropriate Bachelor's Salary Schedule. In order to recognize the experience in coaching and co-curricular assignments (this refers to assignments in the same activity beginning 9/1/78) it is further provided that after three years in the same activity, the percentage would be multiplied against Step 5 of the appropriate Bachelor's Salary Schedule. After six years of experience in the same activity, the percentage figure will be multiplied against Step 7 of the appropriate Bachelor's Salary Schedule. After 9 years of experience in the same activity, the percentage figure will be multiplied against Step 9 of the appropriate Bachelor's Salary Schedule. The method of payment may either be in the form of a separate check or as a part of one's total salary (i.e., included in his bi-weekly check). The above option shall be provided for all employees covered by this article. Teachers who serve as chaperones for the Senior Class trip will be paid at the regular daily substitute rate of pay for each day of the trip.
Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. The District recognizes the benefit of being able to assign special out of job function projects to C/D employees. In order to support this, stipends may be considered in unique and special circumstances when work is requested which is clearly beyond the scope of the position. For a stipend of less than $3,000 per year, the administrator assigning the work will develop a description of the duties and the time allotted to the assignment and will provide that description to the employee. Stipends over $3,000 require Superintendent/President approval before going to the Board for approval. Xxxxxxxx will be reviewed by the President’s Council to insure internal and external equity. The supervising administrator and the employee will mutually agree to the stipend amount. If the supervising administrator and the employee cannot agree, the Superintendent/President and the affected employee will discuss the stipend amount together. The employee may bring documentation to support their findings. The Superintendent/President’s decision in the matter is final. Returning Permanent Employees
Compensation for Extra-Duty Assignments. Compensation for all extra-duty assignments shall conform to the stipends contained in the Stipend Schedule. From said stipend amounts, the Board shall deduct and pay on behalf of the teacher required amounts for the State of Illinois Teachers' Retirement System. Extra-duty compensation shall be added to the teacher's salary upon completion of the activity. Teachers will secure permission from the Principal to share extra-duty assignments. If the stipend for an extra-duty assignment is split amongst two or more teachers, each teacher shall receive his/her proportionate share of the stipend.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein.
