Complaints and Reprimands. 1. Complaints directed toward a bargaining unit member shall be called to the bargaining unit member’s attention at the earliest possible time if a permanent record is to be made of such complaint.
Complaints and Reprimands. A. All complaints and/or reprimands regarding a teacher shall be discussed by the Superintendent or Principal directly with the teacher within five (5) work days of the occurrence, or of the date the complaint was made. Upon the request of the teacher, such complaints shall be put in writing and thoroughly investigated with said teacher being given an opportunity to respond to such complaints.
