COMPLETE REVISED MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR BUENA VISTA LANDFILL. At the request of Santa Xxxx County, we will complete a revised site development plan for the Buena Vista Landfill due to changes in cell sequencing necessitated by the ongoing soil management issues. The existing conceptual plan depicts three future cells, Modules and 5. Module 3 has been constructed and currently serves as the County’s active cell. The configuration and sequence for the area of the site encompassed by Modules 4 and 5 must be revised. The revision will likely entail subdividing Module 5 into two phases, thus creating Modules 5 and 6. The scope of work associated with this task is described below.

COMPLETE REVISED MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR BUENA VISTA LANDFILL. XXXX proposes to complete the revision of the Master Development Plan on a time-and-materials basis. We estimate that the fee for the scope of work presented in this proposal is $42,725. Task 2 Construction Quality Control for Module 6 The cost of CQA observation and testing is directly related to the amount of time required by the Contractor to complete the work and the level of effort used. XXXX proposes to perform this project on a time-and-materials basis. We estimate that the fee for the scope of work presented in this proposal is $103,405. This estimated fee is based on the quantity and duration estimates and assumptions described in this proposal. HILL will work closely with the County and the Contractor, to control construction and observation costs during each phase of construction The construction schedule and activities may overlap and/ or the duration may be shortened or extended depending on Contractor work efforts and the weather. XXXX will provide adequate staffing to meet the actual work effort provided by the Contractor to avoid delaying project work.
