Compliance Responsibility. Use of Software shall not in any way constitute a guarantee that Subscriber will be compliant with any regulations or standards including the compliance standard(s) applicable to the Software. Anitian’s Products and the Platforms they build are intended to assist Subscriber in building and maintain a computing environment that meets compliance and security requirements. Subscriber is solely responsible for obtaining necessary certifications or accreditations to meet any compliance or security certifications. Software does not include any automatic or default certifications for any compliance standard or regulation.
Compliance Responsibility. None of the Trustee (notwithstanding the representations and warranties of SSBTC in Section 4.02 hereof), the Agent or any Purchaser shall have any responsibility for compliance by the Property or by the Company with any Law, architectural or engineering standards or practices or other matters. Compliance Responsibility. IPAYMENT understands and agrees that the Merchant Processing Agreement, Application and Application Materials shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and the Rules. IPAYMENT shall have the sole responsibility for ensuring that the Merchant Processing Agreement, Application, Application Materials, marketing plans, Promotional Materials and all services performed hereunder comply, and remain in compliance, with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and the Rules. IPAYMENT agrees to provide all documents to SERVICERS for approval prior to IPAYMENT's use.

All documents and any changes to the form and content thereof must be approved in writing by SERVICERS prior to use by ISO, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed beyond fifteen (15) days.
