Compliance with Customer Policies. While CentralSquare Personnel are performing services at Customer's site, CentralSquare will ensure that such personnel comply with Customer’s reasonable security procedures and site policies that are generally applicable to Customer’s other suppliers providing similar services and that have been provided to CentralSquare in writing or in advance. Customer shall promptly reimburse CentralSquare for any out-of-pocket costs incurred in complying with such procedures and policies.
Compliance with Customer Policies. While Superion Personnel are performing services at Customer's site, Superion will ensure that such personnel comply with Customer’s reasonable security procedures and site policies that are generally applicable to Customer’s other suppliers providing similar services and that have been provided to Superion in writing or in advance. Customer shall promptly reimburse Superion for any out-of-pocket costs incurred in complying with such procedures and policies.
Compliance with Customer Policies. 1.5.1 The Contractor shall ensure that it carries out the Contractor Services in accordance with all and any policies and procedures of the Customer which are notified to him from time to time, including, without limit, any policies relating to security.

Consultant shall comply with the policies, rules, regulations and requirements of the Company or its customers, as applicable, as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of persons on those premises, provided that the Company or its customers shall have advised Consultant of all such policies, rules, regulations and requirements and instructed Consultant to comply with any such policies, rules, regulations or requirements.
Compliance with Customer Policies. Matrix42 shall use commercially reasonable endeavors to observe all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the Customer's premises and that have been communicated to it in writing under clause
Compliance with Customer Policies. (a) While at Customer’s premises (or the premises of others receiving the Services hereunder), Provider Personnel shall (i) comply with Customer’s requests, rules, and regulations regarding personal and professional conduct (including the wearing of an identification badge and adhering to regulations and general safety, dress, behavior, and security practices or procedures) generally applicable to such premises and communicated to the Provider Account Manager or a Provider-designated location senior Provider manager, and (ii) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike and professional manner. If requested by Customer, Provider shall have all Provider Personnel engaged in providing Services to Customer execute acknowledgement of Customer’s conduct and other policies and Provider shall maintain records of compliance therewith which shall be made available to Customer upon request.
