Monthly Reporting Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Servicing Agreement, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, not later than the tenth calendar day of each month (or if such tenth calendar day is not a Business Day, the immediately succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer (i)(a) monthly loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit B hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), (b) default loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit C hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer and (c) information regarding the realized losses and gains in the format set forth in Exhibit D hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), in each case relating to the period ending on the last day of the preceding calendar month, (ii) all such information required pursuant to clause (i)(a) above on a magnetic tape, electronic mail, or other similar media reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer, and (iii) all supporting documentation with respect to the information required under the preceding paragraph.
Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.
Shareholder Records, Reports and Services (1) The Transfer Agent shall maintain all shareholder accounts, which shall contain all required tax, legally imposed and regulatory information; shall provide shareholders, and file with federal and state agencies, all required tax and other reports pertaining to shareholder accounts; shall prepare shareholder mailing lists; shall cause to be printed and mailed all required prospectuses, annual reports, semiannual reports, statements of additional information (upon request), proxies and other mailings to shareholders; and shall cause proxies to be tabulated.
Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:
Customer Data Customer shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all Customer Data and other Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined), regardless of whether such data is maintained on magnetic tape, magnetic disk, or any other storage or processing device. All such Customer Data and other Confidential Information shall, however, be subject to regulation and examination by the appropriate auditors and regulatory agencies to the same extent as if such information were on Customer's premises. "Customer Data" means any and all data and information of any kind or nature submitted to M&I by Customer, or received by M&I on behalf of Customer, in connection with the Services.
Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and shares of Common Stock) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.
Computer Software All computer applications software, owned or licensed, whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), or specific, unique-to-the-business usage, and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller and used in the operation of the Business; and
USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.
Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
Electronic Reporting With the prior written consent of the Master Servicer, all reports to be made by the Servicer to the Master Servicer may be transmitted electronically in lieu of written reporting. If the Servicer services more than one hundred Mortgage Loans for the Master Servicer, it shall arrange for electronic transmission of the required reports. Any expenses occasioned by the electronic transmission of reports shall be borne by the Servicer.
