Conceptual Master Plan a. Attached as Exhibit B and incorporated by reference herein, is a master plan for the Property (the “Master Plan”). A detailed demonstration of how the Master Plan satisfies certain criteria provided for in CCC 40.520.080 is attached hereto as Exhibit
x. Xxxx shall submit an application for a PUD that complies with the PUD ordinance’s application requirements. Xxxx’x application for preliminary plat approval and PUD approval may be filed and the County will process such applications upon execution of this Agreement. No public hearing or decision shall be made on any applications until the County removes the Urban Holding designation from the Property. Concurrently with the County’s review of any preliminary plat applications and PUD applications, Xxxx may submit engineering plans to the County and the County shall review those plans in its normal course.
c. If a preliminary plat is approved with design or conditions that are different from the concurrently submitted and reviewed final engineering plans, then Xxxx shall resubmit engineering plans that conform to the preliminary plat approvals. Any costs associated with such changes shall be the responsibility of Xxxx. While the County agrees to allow concurrent review of land use applications and final engineering, nothing herein shall be construed to require the County to provide expedited review
d. No final engineering approval shall be granted until the Urban Holding designation has been removed from the Property and a preliminary plat application has been approved. The application shall be processed as a Type III land use application and reviewed by the County. The application shall be substantially similar to the Master Plan. Any aspects of a land use application relating to the Property that are not substantially similar to the Master Plan shall be reviewed under the applicable regulations as if no Master Plan had been approved. Architectural submittals under CCC 40.510.050-1.9.c(2)(m) shall be submitted and reviewed in conjunction with the application for a PUD. Any approval criteria not addressed and found satisfied in this this Agreement shall be addressed during the PUD application and decision process.
e. Except as set forth in Section 3, above, future development of the Property is subject to the applicable provisions of the Xxxxx County Code as of the Effective Date, and must be generally consistent with the Master Plan.
Conceptual Master Plan. DRAFT Attached as Exhibit “B” and incorporated by reference herein, is a master plan for the Property (the “Master Plan”). The design of the Master Plan is unique and innovative through its “front loading” of transportation mitigation, its blending and transitioning of density both within and outside of the Property, its provisions for trails and open space (in excess of 15% of the Property area) and the trails’ and open space’s relationship to, protection of and integration with existing critical areas on the Property. The Master Plan provides for a variety of housing types and lot sizes. Adoption of the Master Plan and development of the Property consistent with the Master Plan shall constitute compliance with CCC 40.520.080, such that future development applications consistent with the Master Plan, shall not be required to satisfy the criteria provided for in 40.520.080, as such criteria is hereby found to be satisfied by adoption of the Master Plan. The Master Plan will provide the Parties with predictability regarding certain aspects of the future development of the Property, including access locations on to public streets and any associated offsite improvements related to transportation. Future development of the Property shall be generally consistent with the Master Plan. It is contemplated by the parties that due to the number of years it will likely take the project to fully build out, changing market conditions, future urban growth boundary expansion considerations and other factors, this Agreement may need to be amended in the future. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent the Parties from mutually agreeing to amend the zoning or development standards provided for in Master Plan. Similarly, nothing contained herein shall be construed to obligate either party to amend the Master Plan or any other provision in this Agreement.
Conceptual Master Plan. After review of relevant project documentation and prior to beginning the Conceptual Master Plan, design workshops shall be held with project stakeholders, in order for the City to communicate the needs of the project to the design team. The design workshops shall be up to 4 hours in length and shall be held in City of Greeley facilities. The Conceptual Master Plan shall include but is not limited to: • Review of Documentation. The consultant shall review documents from the previous master plan, engineering designs, historical documents, and other relevant documents;
Conceptual Master Plan. The parties agree that no decision on the street vacations shall occur prior to a decision on the Second Development Agreement - Conceptual Master Plan.”
Conceptual Master Plan. Future subdivision and PUD applications shall generally adhere to the alignment of the transportation network, product and place types, trails/multiuse paths, and public parks as shown in the conceptual design., attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “E,” subject to the Zoning Code in effect at the time of development.
Conceptual Master Plan. Society shall develop a conceptual master plan for the Facility (the “Conceptual Master Plan”) at Society’s expense. The Conceptual Master Plan shall include, among other things, a cost estimate for Construction Phase 1 (as defined in the Feasibility Study) of the Project.

Conceptual Master Plan. A drawing depicting the Development, subject to those limitations contained in the Resolution, is a part of the CPD and is called the Master Concept Plan (“MCP”). The MCP includes two sheets, the first depicting Phase 1 only and the second depicting the maximum build-out of the Property (which is further subject to the provisions of Article III.B.1.c) below). The Town finds that the MCP, as modified by the Resolution, is consistent with the Fort Xxxxx Beach Comprehensive Plan and the LDC. The MCP, subject to the limitations contained in the Resolution, is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
Conceptual Master Plan. On or before one hundred fifty (150) days after the effective date of this ENA, CSC shall submit to City’s Economic Development Director/Assistant City Administrator a master plan approved by CSC’s Board of Directors illustrating the Proposed Project at a Conceptual Plan level of detail, including a proposed phasing plan, if any (the “Conceptual Master Plan”).
