If the Medical Center has the need to schedule employees for consecutive days after the fifth (5th) day and the practice becomes ongoing for more than thirty (30) days, the matter shall be brought to department management. If resolution is not achieved, the matter may be brought to the Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) who will seek a solution. This does not apply to situations that are mutually agreed upon between the Medical Center and the employee.
