Construction Observation Water Resources. The CONSULTANT will assist the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY in review of lift station-related shop drawings, attend and assist with the lift station start-up and review of lift station-related Operations and Maintenance Manuals. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY shall furnish the CONSULTANT with the following: 1. Assist the CONSULTANT in obtaining property owner information, deeds, plans of adjacent developments, section corner information, and any other pertinent information necessary to perform work under this Agreement. 2. Criteria for design and details for signs, signals, highways and structures such as grades, curves, sight distances, clearances, design loadings, etc. 3. Specifications and standard drawings applicable to the project. 4. Plans of existing structures within the project limits, if available. 5. All written reviews pertinent to the project that are received by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY. 6. Actual relocation and land acquisition costs. 7. Traffic assignments. 8. Available data from the transportation planning process. 9. Utility plans available to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY covering utility facilities, the location of signals and underground conduits throughout the affected areas. 10. Guarantee access to enter upon public and private lands as required for the CONSULTANT under this Agreement. 11. All legal services as may be required for development of the project. 12. Railroad Valuation maps, conveying interest in the name of HHPA. 13. Presumption of clear ownership interest in the rail corridor. All work by the CONSULTANT under this Agreement shall be completed and delivered to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY for review and approval, if required, within the following time periods; exclusive of the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY'S review time. 60% plans within 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. 90% plans within 60 calendar days after receipt of 60% plan review comments. Final bid documents within 45 calendar days after receipt of 90% plan review comments.

  • Construction Observation The Consultant shall make periodic on-site observations of the Project in accordance with Exhibit A. The purpose of the on-site observations will be to observe the progress and quality of the construction work being carried on to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents. Unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A, the Consultant shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site observations to check the quality or quantity of the work.

  • Engineer Resources The Engineer shall furnish and maintain quarters for the performance of all services, in addition to providing adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services required under the contract. The Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the services required under this contract, or it will be able to obtain such personnel from sources other than the State.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Working Environment The Parties agree that a safe and clean working environment is essential in order to carry out work assignments in a satisfactory manner.
