Construction Surveying. Construction surveying for the construction of the Improvements shall be performed by . If the construction surveying is performed by an entity other than the City, the City may monitor the construction surveying and the Developer shall ensure that the construction surveying entity provides all construction surveying field notes, plats, reports and related data to the City which the City requires for review. The Developer shall pay the City a reasonable fee for any construction surveying performed by the City. As-built record drawings shall be provided to the City by the entity performing the survey.

Construction Surveying. CONSULTANT shall review staking requests submitted by Contractor and coordinate staking with Project’s construction staking firm. Construction staking to be accomplished via separate contract.
Construction Surveying. Construction surveying for the construction of the Improvements shall be performed by the District in accordance with the construction drawings.
Construction Surveying. This item shall be paid for on a lump sum (LS) basis as indicated in the Bid Schedule and shall include all equipment, materials, and labor; for the construction surveying and staking to construct the project as indicated on the Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications. This item shall also include an As-Built survey of the entire project. All Surveying shall be done by a Professional Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer Registered in the State of Colorado.
Construction Surveying. CONSULTANT will verify existing control points, set and calibrate additional control on site as needed throughout construction. CONSULTANT will obtain additional control survey points, if necessary, or if existing control cannot be provided. Construction staking will be provided to set stakes for any saw cutting at intersections (Carnelian Bay Avenue and Pine Drop Trail) of the improvement plans. • CONSULTANT will provide one set of stakes for the grading limits as shown on the final improvement plans. Stakes shall be provided at 50’ intervals in tangent sections and 25’ intervals in curved sections along the trail alignment. • CONSULTANT will identify trees for removal along the trail alignment, and within the project area, as shown on the final plans. • CONSULTANT will line-out stationing for the trail alignment, setting offsets at an offset designated by either the COUNTY Project Manager and/or the Contractor for location and elevation of storm drain manholes, catch basins and connection points. Included with trail alignment staking, the defined project area will be staked so that the Contractor can install orange construction zone fencing demarking the work area. • CONSULTANT will provide one set of stakes for demarking the AC paving limits, at an offset of 50’ intervals in tangent sections and 25’ intervals in curved sections.
Construction Surveying. The CSM or the Consultant’s representative will attend the pre-construction meeting and necessary progress meetings during construction. Consultant shall provide (at a minimum) staking at intervals necessary to ensure proper layout of curbs, gutters, driveways, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps (ADA compliant), alley ways, valley gutters, sanitary sewer piping, storm drain piping, manholes, catch basins, and monuments. Additional surveying controls shall be as follows:
Construction Surveying. 8.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all the surveying and settingout during the construction process and have qualified surveyors, apparatus, equipment and other items.
8.2.2 The Supervisor may instruct the Contractor to conduct sampling retesting. When faults or errors beyond the Contract are found in the retesting, the Contractor shall correct or do a supplementary survey and bear corresponding expenses for retesting.
