Construction Traffic Management Plan i. A construction traffic control plan shall be submitted which will provide for the safe and orderly movement of construction traffic to and from the construction site and staging area. The plan must identify the location and size of staging areas and material storage areas which would affect construction traffic routes.
Construction Traffic Management Plan. (a) A Construction Traffic Management Plan must be submitted to and approved by Council prior to the issue of the Stage 1 Construction Certificate.
Construction Traffic Management Plan. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that a construction traffic management plan shall be prepared prior to commencement of construction for approval by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management which plan shall address the needs for interim stages of the project construction that will include consideration for vehicles, bikes, pedestrians, and any temporary way finding measures. The Owner further agrees to liase with the Bank Street BIA and the adjacent community in the preparation of this plan prior to submitting the plan for approval by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management.
Construction Traffic Management Plan. This requirement prevents any part of the authorised development from commencing until a construction traffic management plan has been submitted to and approved by LBB, in consultation with the local highways authority (which is also LBB). The requirement is drafted to enable xxx xxxxxxxxxx to submit the plan in respect of the part of the authorised development that it wants to "commence", without having to provide a plan covering all parts. Therefore, the requirement could be discharged through one plan or multiple plans. The requirement requires the submitted plan or plans to be substantially in accordance with the Framework Construction Traffic Management Plan (Document reference 7.7) (which is a certified document under Article 44 (certification of plans etc.) and Schedule 13 (Documents and plans to be certified)), and it must contain a construction travel plan (which must be substantially in accordance with the construction worker management measures included in the Framework Construction Traffic Management Plan). The construction of each part of the authorised development must be undertaken in accordance with the approved plan for that part.
Construction Traffic Management Plan. (a) The Construction Traffic Management Plan accompanying this Development Application has not been approved by this consent.
Construction Traffic Management Plan. 10.1 Project Co shall produce a construction traffic management plan in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Transferred DCO Functions relating to the Construction Traffic Management Plan.

Construction Traffic Management Plan. A Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) must be submitted to and approved by Council’s Area Planning Manager prior to any Construction Certificate being issued. Construction Traffic Management Plan. A Construction Traffic and Pedestrian Management Plan must be submitted to and approved by Council prior to a Construction Certificate being issued. Construction Traffic and Pedestrian Management Plans are to be prepared in accordance with Standard Requirements for Construction Traffic Management Plan on the City’s website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx- management/construction-traffic-management-plans and RMS condition as below: “A Construction Traffic Management Plan detailing construction vehicle routes, number of trucks, hours of operation, access arrangements and traffic control should be submitted to Council for approval prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate.”
