Continuation of Health Care Benefits. If Executive was enrolled in the Company’s medical, vision, and/or dental plans as of the Termination Date, then upon the expiration of the Company’s obligations pursuant to this Section 7 with respect to such medical, vision and/or dental benefits, the Executive may elect to continue Executive’s participation and that of Executive’s qualified dependents in those plans for the remainder of the COBRA period, if any, by paying the full premium cost plus an administrative fee, without regard to any provision of this Agreement.
Continuation of Health Care Benefits. Xxxxxx will be eligible for continued health (medical/dental/vision) care insurance in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for eighteen months from the Separation Date, if Xxxxxx elects coverage, at Propex’s sole cost and expense. Xxxxxx shall promptly notify Propex of any change of status, such as reemployment, which would affect his rights to continued coverage under COBRA.

As of the date of the termination of the Consulting Agreement, if reasonably equivalent alternative coverage is not available, you may elect to continue medical and/or dental coverage under the Company's medical and dental plans, at your own expense for a period of 18 months.

The Company acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for the costs that are required to be provided in order for Frichner to obtain continued health care coverage (in accordance with the Company’s current health care plans and coverage limitations) under Cobra for a period of six (6) months from the Effective Date. Frichner acknowledges that the Company is revising its health care plan and that the Company’s payments for dependent coverage will likely be reduced.

Mr. Daignault shall continue tx xxxxxxx xxxstantially the same health insurance benefits to which he was entitled under Section 5 of the Employment Agreement through April 30, 1998, regardless of whether Mr. Daignault's employment hexxxxxxx xx xxxxinated prior to April 30, 1997 pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement.

To the extent it does not result in a tax or penalty on the Company, reimbursement for that portion of the premiums paid by Participant to obtain COBRA continuation health coverage that equals the Company’s subsidy for health coverage for active employees with family coverage (if applicable) grossed up so that Participant will be made whole for such premiums on an after-tax basis (“COBRA Continuation Payments”) for a period of nine (9) months following the date Effective Date of Termination (provided that Participant has not obtained health coverage from any other source and is not eligible to receive health coverage from any other employer, in which event Participant shall promptly notify the Company of the alternative health coverage and shall no longer be entitled to reimbursement), paid on a monthly basis after Executive has paid the applicable COBRA premium payment.
