Contractor Minimum Qualifications. 1. Contractor must have been in business for a minimum of five (5) years, and possess a minimum of five (5) years experience equivalent to the Landscape Maintenance Services requested in this Contract. 2. Contractor shall be licensed in accordance with Division 3, Chapter 9, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, and shall maintain that license in full force and effect throughout the entire term of the contract. Contractor's license classification shall be C-27 Landscape Contractor and possess a California applicators license for pesticides. 3. Contractor shall supply to the County Project Manager upon request all licenses and permits required to perform this work in accordance with state and local restrictions and shall pay all fees resulting there from. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities. 4. The Contractor shall have a full time safety officer on staff and make periodic inspections at JWA.
Contractor Minimum Qualifications. Contractor must meet all of the following minimum requirements: • Provide proof of a valid A or C-32 Contractor's License authorized by the state of California. • Contractor must register with California Department of Industrial Relations. • Contractor must have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience with similar construction and maintenance projects and services on a medium or large hub airport operating under a FAR Part 139 certificate. • Contractor's Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager (or back-up) must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience with similar construction and maintenance projects and services on a commercial service airport operating under an FAR Part 139 certificate. • Contractor's Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager must be on-site when any tasks are being completed under this Agreement. • Contractor's Task Lead must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience with the same or similar task in terms of scope, size, complexity and environment. • Contractor must have existing adequate personnel capable to perform the services as required in the Scope of Work.
Contractor Minimum Qualifications. Contractor shall have a full time staff member with not less than an Associate’s Degree in horticulture from an accredited institution as well as a current licensed pesticide applicator by the State of Ohio.. Submit copy of degree and liscense with proposal. Contractor shall have no less than 5 years professional experience maintaining other projects of similar size. Projects shall not be less than 50 acres. Please submit list of projects with proposal. If contractor must sub-contract out any of this contract, it must not be done until BMHA has verified subcontractor and the employees of the subcontractor.
Contractor Minimum Qualifications. The Contractor certifies that it is competent, willing and responsible for performing the services or providing the products in accordance with all requirements of the solicitation and this contract. Contractor Minimum Qualifications. The firm shall employ a minimum of ten (10) Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI’s) available to inspect at fabrication shops within the geographic regions described in paragraph 4. The firm shall demonstrate that ten CWI’s have been on the firm’s payroll during the previous twelve-month period.

  • Foreign Qualifications Each of the Company and its subsidiaries is duly qualified as a foreign entity to transact business and is each in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required, whether by reason of the ownership or leasing of property or the conduct of business, except where the failure to be so qualified would not singularly, or in the aggregate, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(r), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Required Qualifications At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
