CONTRACTORS' SUPPLIERS. SECTION 25.1. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all Contractor's Suppliers engaged by it are bound by conditions substantially similar to those which apply to the Contractor in this Contract. Notwithstanding any approval by the Owner of any Contractor's Supplier (including any Key Supplier), the Contractor shall be responsible for and warrant the work and services of all Contractor's Suppliers as if performed by the Contractor; and any such approval by the Owner shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its duties, responsibilities, obligations, Warranties or liabilities under this Contract.

CONTRACTORS' SUPPLIERS. Contractor is obliged to continue and contribute to compliance with the requirements in section 15.1 with suppliers and their subcontractors. Contractor must also ensure audit access to, and if necessary carry out audits of, its suppliers. Contractor must, before selecting Contractor's suppliers, evaluate the suppliers' expertise and experience with ethical issues. Contractor shall avoid choosing suppliers with uncertain ability to fulfil the Agreement's ethical and corporate social responsibility requirements.
CONTRACTORS' SUPPLIERS. Contractor agrees to provide Builder with the names and addresses of Contractor’s suppliers upon Builder’s request for same. Builder may at its discretion, request written verification direct from Contractor’s suppliers that Contractor has paid all bills currently due for materials and/or labor related to Work performed under this Agreement. In the event Contractor’s accounts with his suppliers are more than 15 days past supplier’s due date, Builder may, in its discretion; elect to withhold payment from Contractor and pay Contractor’s supplier’s to bring Contractor’s accounts current. Builder may also, in its discretion, elect to pay various suppliers and subcontractors of Contractor by joint check. Any residual due Contractor after outstanding bills with Contractor’s suppliers have been satisfied will then be paid to Contractor.
CONTRACTORS' SUPPLIERS. The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused by their contractors or subcontractors regardless as to whether AWS has approved/recommended them or not. It is advised that Xxxxxx agree the terms and conditions of supplying products and services with each such contractor. The Hirer is to ensure that their contractors are aware of and abide by the restrictions set out in this contract. Only contractors who have been pre-approved by AWS in writing will be able to operate within the Property. Please note that, where AWS provides a recommendation or suggestion as to potential third party service providers, you should check that those service providers are suitable as AWS will not be liable for those third party service providers. Please speak to AWS about any contractors that you wish to use.

  • Customers; Suppliers Executive does not have, and at any time during the term of this Agreement shall not have, any employment with or any direct or indirect interest in (as owner, partner, shareholder, employee, director, officer, agent, consultant or otherwise) any customer of or supplier to Company.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. The Contractor may contact the OSD at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for information on certified small business enterprises available for subcontracting opportunities.

  • Suppliers While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year thereafter, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person or firm supplying goods, services or credit to the Company or any of its affiliates to diminish or cease furnishing such goods, services or credit.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

  • Vendors (a) Section 4.28(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, the top 10 vendors, suppliers and service providers based on the aggregate Dollar value of the Company and its Subsidiaries’ transaction volume with such counterparty during the trailing twelve (12) months for the period ending December 31, 2022 (the “Top Vendors”).

  • Subcontractor Any vendor, subcontractor or other Person that is not responsible for the overall servicing (as “servicing” is commonly understood by participants in the mortgage-backed securities market) of Mortgage Loans but performs one or more discrete functions identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB with respect to Mortgage Loans under the direction or authority of the Servicer or a Subservicer.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.
