Common use of COPE Check-off Clause in Contracts

COPE Check-off. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU COPE, $ per pay period from the wages of those employees who voluntarily authorize such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota. These transmittals shall occur for each payroll period and shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each employee.
