REDUCTION OF STAFF 34.01 When the Company proposes to terminate (other than for cause) an employee as a result of a decision to reduce the number of Permanent Employees:
Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.
Distribution of Contract Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge a copy of this contract to every employee of the bargaining unit. The District shall provide any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement without charge at the time of employment. The District shall provide each employee in the bargaining unit without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.
Retention of Status An employee on approved paid or unpaid leave will retain her/his employment status for the duration of the leave.
Provision of Statistics The aeronautical authorities of each Contracting Party shall, on request, provide such periodic or other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed services by the designated airlines of that Contracting Party to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.
Election of Stewards In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards (to a maximum of two), whose duty shall be to assist any employee which the xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and in presenting his/her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Distribution of Funds Deliver (i) to Seller, or order, the cash portion of the Purchase Price, adjusted for prorations, charges and other credits and debits provided for herein; and (ii) to Buyer, or order, any excess funds delivered to Escrow Agent by Buyer. Such funds shall be delivered by wire transfer or cashier’s check in accordance with instructions for Seller and Buyer; if no instructions are given, Escrow Agent shall deliver such funds by Escrow Agent’s check via overnight courier (or as otherwise requested by the intended recipient) to the appropriate party at the address set forth for notice in this Agreement.
