COST AND PRICING DATA. Delete clause 25, Cost and Pricing Data, of the Standard Contract Provisions dated July 2010 for use with District of Columbia Government Supplies and Services Contracts.
COST AND PRICING DATA. The Authority or its authorized representatives shall have the right to examine the accuracy and completeness of cost and pricing data including computations and projections.

COST AND PRICING DATA. The selected Consultant(s) shall provide the following documentation to support the negotiated fee proposal as a condition precedent to the execution of the contract:
A. An industry standard certified compilation of financial statements for any contract value that does not exceed $250,000, a review of financial statements for all continuing services contracts and any contract value that exceed $250,000, by third-party licensed Certified Public Account (CPA) for the most recently completed fiscal period, or within the last 12 months, clearly showing the costs (not percentage) of direct labor, indirect labor, fringe benefits, general administrative and overhead costs and a statement of profit or operating margin requested. The County reserves the right to request third-party audited financial statements by a licensed CPA based on project complexity and/or contract value. A detailed general ledger that is reconciled to the statement of direct labor, indirect labor, fringe benefits, general administrative and overhead costs shall be furnished upon request of the County.
B. A detailed summary of any transactions between organizations under common control that are included in the indirect costs reported in paragraph “a.” above.
C. Raw labor rates by labor classification certified as accurate by an officer of the company. Billable hourly rates for the Consultant developed by multiplying the raw labor rates by the breakeven multiplier. Breakeven multiplier includes direct and indirect labor, general administrative and overhead costs.
D. The profit or operating margin must be clearly indicated.
E. Schedule of reimbursable/out-of-pocket charges and or direct expenses to be utilized during the term of the contract.
F. Scope of service as revised during contract negotiations. Note that changes should serve to clarify the scope and not add or delete from the scope of work as contained in the Request for Proposals.
G. Breakeven multiplier statement from each subconsultant (breakeven multiplier includes direct and indirect labor, general administrative and overhead costs) and the profit or operating margin clearly indicated.
H. If any costs for local travel are included, there must be compelling reasons for such costs that must be adequately supported with specific justification.
COST AND PRICING DATA. The CONTRACTOR hereby certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, cost or pricing data, as defined in HAR § 0-000-000 and submitted pursuant to HAR § 0-000-000, is accurate, complete, and current as of the Effective Date. This certification includes any cost or pricing data which is part of the proposal.

(a) This paragraph and paragraphs b through e below shall apply to contractors or offerors in regards to: (1) any procurement in excess of $100,000, (2) any contract awarded through competitive sealed proposals, (3) any contract awarded through sole source procurement, or (4) any change order or contract modification. By entering into this contract or submitting this offer, the Contractor or offeror certifies that, to the best of the Contractor’ s or offeror’ s knowledge and belief, any cost and pricing data submitted was accurate, complete and current as of the date specified in the contract or offer.
(b) Unless otherwise provided in the solicitation, the offeror or Contractor shall, before entering into any contract awarded through competitive sealed proposals or through sole source procurement or before negotiating any price adjustments pursuant to a change order or modification, submit cost or pricing data and certification that, to the best of the Contractor’ s knowledge and belief, the cost or pricing data submitted was accurate, complete, and current as of the date of award of this contract or as of the date of negotiation of the change order or modification.
(c) If any price, including profit or fee, negotiated in connection with this contract, or any cost reimbursable under this contract, was increased by any significant amount because (1) the Contractor or a subcontractor furnished cost or pricing data that were not complete, accurate, and current as certified by the Contractor,

COST AND PRICING DATA. (a) This paragraph and paragraphs (b) through (e) below shall apply to contractors or offerors in regards to: (1) any procurement in excess of $100,000, (2) any contract awarded through competitive sealed proposals, (3) any contract awarded through sole source procurement, or (4) any change order or contract modification. In its response to a solicitation, submission of an offer, submission of any proposed change, submission of any proposed modification, and submission of any request for an equitable adjustment, the Contractor or offeror must certify that, to the best of the Contractor’s or offeror’s knowledge and belief, any cost and pricing data submitted was accurate, complete and current as of the date specified in the contract, offer, proposed change, proposed modification and or request for an equitable adjustment.
(b) Unless otherwise provided in the solicitation, the offeror or Contractor shall, before entering into any contract awarded through competitive sealed proposals or through sole source procurement or before negotiating any price adjustments pursuant to a change order or modification, submit cost or pricing data and certification that, to the best of the Contractor’s knowledge and belief, the cost or pricing data submitted was accurate, complete, and current as of the date of award of this contract or as of the date of negotiation of the change order or modification.
(c) If any price, including profit or fee, negotiated in connection with this contract, or any cost reimbursable under this contract, was increased by any significant amount because (1) the Contractor or a subcontractor furnished cost or pricing data that were not complete, accurate, and current as certified by the Contractor, (2) a subcontractor or prospective subcontractor furnished the Contractor cost or pricing data that were not complete, accurate, and current as certified by the Contractor, or (3) any of these parties furnished data of any description that were not accurate, the price or cost shall be reduced accordingly and the contract shall be modified to reflect the reduction.
(d) Any reduction in the contract price under paragraph (c) above due to defective data from a prospective subcontractor that was not subsequently awarded, the subcontract shall be limited to the amount, plus applicable overhead and profit markup, by which (1) the actual subcontract or (2) the actual cost to the Contractor, if there was no subcontract, was less than the prospective subcontract ...
