Cost Loading. The cost estimate/budget to perform the Individual Activity of work. The total cost loading of all Individual Activities shall equal the Total Base Bid/Contract Price.

Cost Loading. The Proposed Target Schedule and the Target Schedule must be provided in hard copy and editable electronic format.
Cost Loading. The allocation of the Schedule of Values for the completion of an activity as scheduled. The sum of costs for all activities must equal the total Contract Price, unless otherwise approved by Architect and Owner.

Cost Loading. Contractor shall allocate the total Contract Amount to lowest level of the activities scheduled in the Baseline Schedule such that each activity has a value which accurately shows the amount payable to Contractor for such activity. The overhead and indirect costs shall be distributed to all the activities and added to each activity as a percentage. The identified percentage for overhead and other indirect costs shall be the same for all activities within each bid classification and shall not be changed without the authority prior written approval, which may be withheld at the authority sole discretion. For Work, which is the subject of a Change Order, the schedule shall show the identified percentages set forth in the approved Change Order. The sum of the prices of all activities in the Baseline Schedule shall be equal the total Contract Amount. Once the Baseline Schedule has been approved, no changes to any allocated amount will be initiated without the Authority’s approval.
Cost Loading. The Design-Builder shall cost load each activity in the Baseline Schedule for which the Design-Builder expects to receive payment. The Baseline Schedule shall be reasonably cost loaded to allow for an accurate determination of progress of the activity based on earnings. The Baseline Schedule shall be cost loaded in accordance with the following:
Cost Loading. The Project Schedules shall be cost loaded. Cost loading of the CPM schedule shall be effected by representing the Payment Milestones in the schedule. Each of the Payment Milestones shall be logically tied to the activities which must be completed as a pre-requisite to the Payment Milestone being considered complete. Each Payment Milestone will be cost loaded with the approved corresponding Payment Milestone amount. The Payment Milestone cost will be further broken down into components using the cost code to reflect the appropriate Authority provided WBS codes. Change Orders will be represented in the schedule with new activities and the associated cost of the Change Order with new Payment Milestones if applicable.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.
