Counselor Days Sample Clauses

Counselor Days. School counselor shall be given additional days to perform necessary scheduling duties prior to the start of the school year and after the year is over. It is the determination of the counselor, with approval from the building administrator, to decide how many of the days they need to work. Counselors will be paid at their salary per diem rate for the days worked.

Counselor Days. Counselors, when working ten (10) days prior to the regularly scheduled start of the school year, shall be paid on a per-diem rate based on his/her current annual salary for the upcoming school year, based upon the number of business days for the upcoming school year, working a seven (7) hour day per Article VI, Section B, Item 4 (b) of the Master Agreement.

  • Professional Days The President of the College or the President’s designee may assign any faculty member up to seven (7) days during the academic year for scheduled orientation and registration programs, commencement and convocation activities and such other College sponsored activities the Present deems appropriate. Professional days shall be assigned no earlier than three (3) days prior to the first (1st) day of classes in the fall semester and no earlier than four (4) days prior to the first (1st) day of classes in the spring semester. Such duties and responsibilities may be assigned to individual faculty members in blocks in one-half (1/2) day or more; and provided further that a faculty member shall not be required to discharge these responsibilities over more than fourteen (14) days during the academic year.

  • Counseling including marriage or pre-marital counseling, religious, family, career, social adjustment, pastoral or financial counseling.

  • Calendar Days Any reference to the word “day” or “days” herein shall mean calendar day or calendar days, respectively, unless otherwise expressly provided.

  • Specialist A dentist who focuses on a specific area of dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontia, periodontia, orthodontia and pediatric dentistry, or a group of patients to diagnose, manage, prevent or treat certain types of symptoms and conditions. Spouse: The person to whom the Subscriber is legally married, including a same sex Spouse. Spouse also includes a domestic partner. Subscriber: The person to whom this Contract is issued. UCR (Usual, Customary and Reasonable): The cost of a dental service in a geographic area based on what Providers in the area usually charge for the same or similar medical service. Us, We, Our: BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and anyone to whom We legally delegate performance, on Our behalf, under this Contract. Utilization Review: The review to determine whether services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational (including treatment for a rare disease or a clinical trial). You, Your: The Member.
