County-Association Meetings. The County Chair, or his or her 29 representative(s), shall meet at mutually convenient times with the Association 30 committee. All such meetings shall be held during normal working hours on County 31 premises without loss of pay and the parties will so schedule such meetings as far as 1 practical to avoid disruptions and interruption of work. The Association committee 2 shall consist of not more than three (3) members selected by the Association.

County-Association Meetings. The County shall meet at mutually convenient times with any number of representatives selected by the Association, but no more than three (3) Association representatives will be allowed to attend such meetings on County time with no loss of wages. All meetings with the County normally shall be held during working hours. This section is not intended to be used to disrupt County business. The purpose of these meetings will be to adjust pending grievances and to discuss procedures for avoiding future grievances. In addition, the parties may discuss other issues which would improve relationships between the parties. Prior written notice of topics for discussion at such meetings shall be furnished by either party to the other.

  • Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Board of Trustees Meetings The Association President and each Campus Association President shall be sent advance notices and agendas of the Board of Trustees meetings and shall also be provided copies of the minutes.
