1. Access to the Board Hearing Room as agreed before and after the meeting.
2. Audio feed from County audio equipment.
3. Technical assistance from the Sheriff Department/Communication Division regarding audio system.
4. Yearly calendar of all scheduled Board of Supervisors meetings. Special meetings will not be included in this schedule.
5. Agenda and names of key participants for graphic and character generation.
6. Operational rules for video coverage of Board meetings. (Example: Only person speaking, no editing, no reaction shots, must be gavel-to-gavel.)

a. County will mail copies of the applicants complete background packet through the Laserfiche App, or via delivery by County Messenger Representative, or by any other method as determined appropriate by the County.
2. Contractor does not require any County furnished equipment, materials or facilities other than the aforementioned applicant background packets.

The County Project Manager shall coordinate with the Contractor the size and style of all signboards to be displayed throughout the jail facilities, keeping in mind that one regular size for each advertising space must be determined to ensure maximum exposure to inmates while providing for ease in production and reproduction every six months. County shall provide the necessary personnel to install all secured signboard encasements in all designated areas throughout all County Jail Facilities as determined by the County Project Manager and

County may also consider other needs requested by the Contractor: Appropriate space to house and secure equipment needed to operate the telephone system. Facilitate the installation of any power, data lines, HVAC or other facilities related equipment. Any physical plant requirements shall be identified and coordinated through an assigned County Project Manager. Coordinate between the Contractor and any County Agencies or other County contractors if required. Project Manager, design approval, training coordination and system acceptance. Access and security for Contractor’s personnel while working in detention facilities.
