Facilitate the installation of any power, data lines, HVAC or other facilities related equipment. Such news releases include but are not limited to, stories regarding the COUNTY or City in relationship to the Armory program or contractual disputes between the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall not allow the media, or any other parties to visit the armories without prior authorization from the COUNTY and the State Military Department. The County Project Manager shall coordinate with the Contractor the size and style of all signboards to be displayed throughout the jail facilities, keeping in mind that one regular size for each advertising space must be determined to ensure maximum exposure to inmates while providing for ease in production and reproduction every six months.
