County may also consider other needs requested by the Contractor: Appropriate space to house and secure equipment needed to operate the telephone system. Facilitate the installation of any power, data lines, HVAC or other facilities related equipment. Any physical plant requirements shall be identified and coordinated through an assigned County Project Manager. Coordinate between the Contractor and any County Agencies or other County contractors if required. Project Manager, design approval, training coordination and system acceptance. Access and security for Contractor’s personnel while working in detention facilities.

Such news releases include but are not limited to, stories regarding the COUNTY or City in relationship to the Armory program or contractual disputes between the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall not allow the media, or any other parties to visit the armories without prior authorization from the COUNTY and the State Military Department. The COUNTY’s Project Analyst will coordinate this effort.

The County Project Manager shall coordinate with the Contractor the size and style of all signboards to be displayed throughout the jail facilities, keeping in mind that one regular size for each advertising space must be determined to ensure maximum exposure to inmates while providing for ease in production and reproduction every six months. County shall provide the necessary personnel to install all secured signboard encasements in all designated areas throughout all County Jail Facilities as determined by the County Project Manager and
