Crib Breaks. Unless the period of overtime is less than one hour, an employee before starting overtime after working ordinary hours shall be allowed a crib break of twenty minutes, counted as time worked. An employee working overtime Saturday, Sunday or week day; shall be allowed a crib break of twenty minutes without loss of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue to work beyond such crib time.
