Customer Control. Customer will be solely responsible for administering and monitoring the use of login IDs and passwords provided by Authorized Administrators within the Subscription or on behalf of Customer by Wealth$hare. Upon the termination of Authorized Administrator, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Wealth$hare is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.

Customer Control. Using the settings offered in the Mist Dashboard, Customer may restrict Mist technical support personnel from seeing Customer’s organizational data. If Customer elects to limit data sharing with, or data visibility, Mist may not be able to provide complete support and diagnostic services to Customer. Customer may make selections for certain AP and Dashboard configurations, in Customer’s sole discretion. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining administrative control over Customer’s account, systems and equipment and for Customer’s selection of the level of encryption to use on Customer’s wireless network (including if Customer elects to allow “open access”).
Customer Control. Customer and its authorized Users of the Subscription shall at all times comply with Exhibit A (End User License Agreement). Customer will be solely responsible for administering and monitoring the use of login IDs and passwords provided by Customer to authorized Users pursuant to the Subscription, or by Hexagon on behalf of Customer. Upon the termination of employment of any authorized User, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Hexagon is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.

Plant an App is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.
Customer Control. (a) In the provision of the Development Services and throughout the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxx Group shall, at the request of Customer, integrate all comments and suggestions made by Customer regarding the design of the Product. Upon the request of Customer, Xxxxxx Group shall apply for and obtain the Product’s UL certification and any other regulatory or industry approvals or markings. Xxxxxx Group will cooperate with Customer in connection with Customer’s FDA and CE xxxx regulatory filings and other regulatory and industry approval applications, including making available Xxxxxx Group’s Confidential Information to such regulatory agencies to the extent required to obtain approval of the Product. (b) If so directed by Customer, Xxxxxx Group will cease all or any activities being performed by Xxxxxx Group hereunder and shall cease incurring any fees or expenses related to such activities as soon as practicable after appropriate notice has been given pursuant to Section 3.4. (c) The Development Services shall include the delivery of final product specifications (“Product Specifications”) to Customer.

  • Customer Contacts CLEC, or CLEC's authorized agent, are the single point of contact for its End User Customers' service needs, including without limitation, sales, service design, order taking, Provisioning, change orders, training, maintenance, trouble reports, repair, post-sale servicing, Billing, collection and inquiry. CLEC will inform its End User Customers that they are End User Customers of CLEC. CLEC's End User Customers contacting Qwest will be instructed to contact CLEC, and Qwest's End User Customers contacting CLEC will be instructed to contact Qwest. In responding to calls, neither Party will make disparaging remarks about the other Party. To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected calls received by either Party will be referred to the proper provider of Local Exchange Service; however, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit Qwest or CLEC from discussing its products and services with CLEC's or Qwest's End User Customers who call the other Party. 10.1 In the event Qwest terminates Service to CLEC for any reason, CLEC will provide any and all necessary notice to its End User Customers of the termination. In no case will Qwest be responsible for providing such notice to CLEC's End User Customers.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Customer Contracts 6.2.1 The Redistributor should ensure that its contracts with its Customers give it all necessary rights to control and monitor Data use. 6.2.2 The Redistributor is obliged to make the contents of this Schedule available to its customers.
