Customer Control. Using the settings offered in the Mist Dashboard, Customer may restrict Mist technical support personnel from seeing Customer’s organizational data. If Customer elects to limit data sharing with, or data visibility, Mist may not be able to provide complete support and diagnostic services to Customer. Customer may make selections for certain AP and Dashboard configurations, in Customer’s sole discretion. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining administrative control over Customer’s account, systems and equipment and for Customer’s selection of the level of encryption to use on Customer’s wireless network (including if Customer elects to allow “open access”).

Customer Control. Customer will be solely responsible for administering and monitoring the use of login IDs and passwords provided by Authorized Administrators within the Subscription or on behalf of Customer by Wealth$hare. Upon the termination of Authorized Administrator, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Wealth$hare is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.
Customer Control. (a) In the provision of the Development Services and throughout the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxx Group shall, at the request of Customer, integrate all comments and suggestions made by Customer regarding the design of the Product. Upon the request of Customer, Xxxxxx Group shall apply for and obtain the Product’s UL certification and any other regulatory or industry approvals or markings. Xxxxxx Group will cooperate with Customer in connection with Customer’s FDA and CE xxxx regulatory filings and other regulatory and industry approval applications, including making available Xxxxxx Group’s Confidential Information to such regulatory agencies to the extent required to obtain approval of the Product.

Upon the termination of employment of any authorized User, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Hexagon is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document. Otherwise, the Advisor’s rights under federal law allow termination of this contract without penalty within five business days after entering into this contract. U.S. law also requires the Sub-Advisor to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account. The Sub-Advisor will ask for the Trust’s legal name, principal place of business address, and Taxpayer Identification or other identification number, and may ask for other identifying information.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Customer Agreement In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement between the Bank and the Customer relating to the Account, the terms of this Agreement will prevail, and in all other respects the terms of the other agreement relating to the Account shall apply with respect to any matters not covered by this Agreement. Regardless of any provision in any such agreement, the State of New York shall be deemed to be the Bank’s location for the purposes of this Agreement and the perfection and priority of the Secured Party’s security interest in the Account.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.
