Common use of Day Shift Clause in Contracts

Day Shift. Forty (40) hours per week shall constitute a week’s work, Monday to Friday, inclusive. Eight (8) hours per day shall constitute a standard work day between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch.
