Declarations and undertakings of the Company. The Company hereby declares that its engagement in this agreement was lawfully approved by its competent bodies and that there is no restriction and/or prohibition and/or impediment according to the provisions of any agreement, whether in writing or orally, or under the provision of any law on its entering into this agreement and the performance of its obligations pursuant to this agreement.
Declarations and undertakings of the Company a) The Provider declares and undertakes that its personnel has all the registrations/licenses/approvals/authorizations required by law in order to provide the services pursuant to this agreement and that its personnel has the skills, knowledge and experience required in order to provide the service as required in this agreement.
Declarations and undertakings of the Company. 4.2.1. The Company declares that it has been afforded an opportunity to check the location of the Land and its surroundings, the area designated for the Leased Premises, the Lessor’s rights in the Land, the UBP that applies to the Land and the access roads to and from the Land, and it has been afforded the opportunity to examine the planning and legal status of the Land, and it is familiar with the details of the UBP that applies to the Land, that it has been afforded the opportunity to examine and that it has actually seen and inspected the Plans for Building the Leased Premises, the location of the Leased Premises and the access roads to it, and any information that seems to be relevant to it in connection with the Leased Premises, and that it has found all of these to be satisfactory from all aspects and suitable for the purpose of the lease, and, subject to the _______________________________ ________________________ Vishay Advanced Technologies Ltd Mega Or Holdings Ltd correctness of the Lessor’s declarations in Section 4.1 above, it hereby waives any claim, including a claim of error and/or incompatibility in connection with any of the details and/or information and/or documents and/or the abovementioned plans, except for a defect and/or a latent defect that the Lessor knew about but failed to disclose to the Lessee.
