Deduction of Fees. The Employer shall deduct XXXXX fees from the wages/salaries of midwives when authorised in writing by members and shall remit such subscriptions to XXXXX at agreed intervals. When remitting the subscriptions to XXXXX, the employer will endeavour to provide information that enables XXXXX to identify the members to whom, and for which pay period the deduction applies. Wherever practicable, the employer will provide XXXXX with the name, workplace and XXXXX membership number of the midwife, the amount deducted, and which pay periods this amount pertains to, and the actual date on which the payment will be made to the XXXXX account. A list of members shall be supplied by XXXXX to each DHB on request.
Deduction of Fees. 6.2.1 The employer shall deduct union fees from those employees who are bound by this agreement and who have given the employer written authority to make such a deduction. The employer shall remit such fees, together with a list of employees from whom deductions were made, to the appropriate union at mutually accepted intervals of not more than three months.
Deduction of Fees. 1.4.1 Ten (10) percent of Sun West Teachers’ Association annual fees shall be deducted monthly, September to June, from salary payments of teachers with continuing, replacement, and temporary contracts.
Deduction of Fees. Maintenance and activity fees and fees for returned deposited checks, returned items, overdrafts, stop payment orders, charges for check printing, and other service charges made in accordance with the rules of the Bank in effect at the time of such charge shall be deducted from your account and may be posted prior to other debits. The Bank shall not be liable for refusing to honor items presented for payment because of insufficient funds as a result of deducting such fees. Any fees (or portions thereof) that were not posted due to insufficient funds at the time of posting may be collected at a later date without prior notice when sufficient funds are available in the account.
Deduction of Fees. If all accrued Fees are not paid on or before the date of the final disposition of funds, we shall deduct any outstanding balance from your assets.
Deduction of Fees. The Board shall deduct a local Union fee for the payment of Union leaves which is duly approved according to the constitution of the Union. The Union shall provide the Board with copies of the official minutes authorizing this fee.
Deduction of Fees. If the Escrow Agent resigns or is removed under Section 4.7, the Escrow Agent shall be entitled, before delivery to any Party of the Escrowed Funds, to deduct any amounts owing to it in respect to outstanding fees, disbursements and interest thereon.
Deduction of Fees. All of the fees associated with your Account are listed in the fee schedule above. All fee amounts due will be withdrawn from your Account, except where prohibited by law. Fees assessed against your Account will not bring your balance negative if your balance is less than the fee amount being assessed. Any subsequent deposits or loads into your Account, however, may first be applied to cover the amount of the fee due if this occurs. If any monthly fees remain unpaid, those fees cannot exceed the amount of one monthly fee. Any subsequent deposits or loads into the Account may be applied to cover the maximum amount of one pending monthly fee.
Deduction of Fees. (a) The Employer agrees to deduct initiation fees, Union dues, fines, assessments and arrears each month. The information and monies so deducted or collected shall be forwarded, together with a list of Employees from whom the deductions were made, and the amount of such deductions, a list of those who terminated, and the names, addresses, social insurance numbers, and any other information so requested of new Employees hired; and sent to the Union on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which the monies were deducted. All lists shall be forwarded to the Union office in electronic (ascii/.xls) format.
(b) The Union agrees to supply the Employer with the Union membership application forms and authorization of deduction forms in a digital format usable in the Employer’s system. All membership application form shall be sent to the Union office within the first week of employment.
(c) The Employer shall include yearly Union dues on T-4 slips of that Employee by no later than February 28th for income tax purposes.
Deduction of Fees. Where written authority is provided by the worker, the employer will deduct union membership fees from the employees wages or salary and remit them, along with a schedule of such contributions, to the Union at monthly intervals.
