Common use of DEFENCE FORCE LEAVE Clause in Contracts

DEFENCE FORCE LEAVE. An employee (as defined) who is a part-time member of any of Australia's Defence Forces may be granted leave of absence for one period of not more than 10 working days in any leave year for the purpose of enabling that employee to attend any training camps at which that employee's compulsory attendance, in that employee's capacity as a part-time member of the Defence Force is required.
