Shift Loading. 39.1. Subject to the following subclauses, an employee will be paid a shift loading of 25% of the base rate of pay for any ordinary hours worked between 1615 hours and 0600 hours.
39.2. Unless a contrary provision appears elsewhere in this agreement an employee working on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or working overtime during the above hours will not receive the shift loading.
Shift Loading. (a) Shift Loading for fixed afternoon shift Monday to Friday (rotating one week in three) will be paid at 15% more than the ordinary rate.
(b) Shift Loading for afternoon shift on Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays will be paid at 15% more than the ordinary rate.
(c) No shift loading will be paid to afternoon shift workers who work morning shift on Saturdays or Sundays or Public Holidays.
Shift Loading. A shift loading of 15% shall be paid for any afternoon shift and 30% for any night shift.
Shift Loading. There is no loading for work performed on day work, for night shift a loading of 30% will apply.
Shift Loading weekends and public holidays
(a) The following shift loadings will be paid:
(i) An employee engaged to work wholly or partly on a Saturday will be paid a loading of 50% in addition to the base rate of pay for all hours worked on that Saturday.
(ii) An employee engaged to work wholly or partly on a Sunday will be paid a loading of 75% in addition to the base rate of pay for all hours worked on that Sunday.
(iii) An employee engaged to work wholly or partly on a public holiday will be paid a loading of 150% in addition to the base rate of pay for all hours worked on that public holiday.
(b) The loadings prescribed in subclause 13.3.2 will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon any shift loadings specified in subclause 13.3.
Shift Loading. 32.1 The ordinary time loadings for Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift will be as follows: Monday to Friday: Morning Shift 20% Afternoon Shift 20% Night Shift 25%
32.2 The shift loadings prescribed in this clause are applicable to all rostered ordinary hours worked on the whole of each shift.
32.3 A shift allowance in accordance with schedule D will be paid on Night Shifts worked on weekends and public holidays.
Shift Loading. Employees in Group C shall receive a 20 per cent shift loading. The loading is calculated on Base Salary. This loading will be identified seperately to their Base Salary.
Shift Loading. In lieu of the 15% shift loading prescribed in clause 6.2.2 of Attachment 1 the shift loading will be 20%.
Shift Loading shift loading is paid to shift workers in addition to the ordinary rates of pay: • for an afternoon shift, which is a shift commencing at or after midday and finishing outside the normal span of hours and at or before midnight, where the majority of the shift is worked between 2.00pm and 11.00pm; or • for a night shift, which is a shift extending beyond midnight, where the majority of the shift is worked between 8.00pm and 8.00am.
Shift Loading. In addition to the allowances, an employee in receipt of an adult rate who signs on or off at or between 0001 and 0459 on Monday and 2359 Monday to Thursday to 0459 on Tuesday to Friday will be paid for that shift a loading of $4.69. Such loading is not payable on an overtime (or excess) shift.
