Definition of the Service. The MWPharm Online service (“Service”) serves as an online dose- individualisation utility which is aimed to aid (but not replace) healthcare professionals and other suitably qualified medical staff when making on dosing recommendations. The Service should never be the ultimate source of the dosing recommendation, as this should always be subject to the User’s final decision.
Definition of the Service. In this Agreement, the term “Service” means the “MDI Cloud™” document management software, and any updates or revisions we make to it, accessed from us and used by you as a licensed Service provided to you through the Internet.
Definition of the Service. 5.1 The Supplier shall provide the Customer with the service stated in the Assignment Form. To this end, the Supplier shall provide the Customer with the relevant information for use of the Software by an End User (or by the Customer on behalf of other End Users).
5.2 The Customer may allow End Users within its organisation to use the Service for its organisation’s internal purposes. If agreed in advance, the Customer may also allow End Users outside its organisation to use the Service insofar as such use forms part of the broader service to those End Users.
5.3 The Supplier shall make every effort to implement any amendments to the law or new case law in the short term and shall amend the Software from time to time.
5.4 The Supplier shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Customer’s data stored on the Server.
5.5 The Supplier shall have the right to modify the Software from time to time in order to improve the functionality and to correct errors. The Supplier shall make every effort to resolve any errors in the Software, but cannot guarantee that all errors will be remedied. If an adjustment leads to a change in the functionality, the Supplier shall inform the Custo- mer thereof prior to the adjustment.

S1.2.1.1 The service is the provision of care and support to individuals residing in their own homes in the community (that they own or benefit from through a tenancy on which they are named) where the individual has the need for care and support as a result of being in one of the groups mentioned in 1.3.

Definition of the Service. The Portfolio Service is a web-based service offered by SEB. There are two ways to log in to the service: (i) The Client’s own online banking codes or mobile certificate or (ii) with a personal user identification and password (”Identification”) provided by SEB. SEB informs the Client which of the log in methods to use. The Portfolio Service is a personal service, which only the Client is entitled to use. The Client may, in writing, authorize another person to use the Portfolio Service on their behalf.

Sales are initiated by and charged to users through their existing fixed telephone and mobile telephone bills. Preferred Telemedia collects in the revenue and pays out to the Client.
