Definition of Workday. Under the Xxxxx System, the normal workday shall be eight (8) consecutive hours and shall include a thirty (30) minute paid lunch period, and two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks each day, subject to emergency work duties. Under the “Modified 4-2” Schedule, the normal workday shall be eight and one-half (8½) consecutive hours and shall include a thirty (30) minute paid lunch period, and two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks each day, subject to emergency work duties. If a roll call is required outside of the eight and one-half (8½) consecutive hours, it shall be subject to compensation.

Definition of Workday. A. The workday will begin at the start of student classes each morning and continue through the completion of student bus dismissal, not to exceed six (6) hours. Each Para-Educator shall be entitled to one (1) thirty (30) minute or two (2) fifteen (15) minute duty free periods each workday.   • Termination of Work Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each of the parties shall be entitled at any time to terminate the Marine Spill Response Services, or any portion thereof, being provided under this Agreement in any given case by giving notice to the other. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.
