Special Delivery Requirements. ⮚ Anglian are willing to readily discuss and accommodate any special delivery requirements where essential to the client (eg. deliveries to individual properties, specific delivery times, specific sequence etc). However, this may incur the client in additional charges which shall not be unreasonable.
Special Delivery Requirements. In some delivery locations there may be limited access to State of Florida or Eligible User buildings due to security related issues. It is the responsibility of the contractor and their representatives to ensure compliance with all FDLE security requirements, or other security requirements maintained by the agency or eligible user. Provide adequate delivery personnel to perform delivery activity. Contractor shall notify the Customer at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of delivery so that necessary delivery arrangements can be made. Contractor shall be responsible for any damages to building or individuals as a result of delivery activities.

Prior to commencement of work and release of any payments, Contractor shall submit to the State: a. a certificate of insurance consistent with the requirements set forth in Attachment C, Section 8 (Insurance), and with any additional requirements for insurance as may be set forth elsewhere in this contract; and 2. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date the State receives an error-free invoice with all necessary and complete supporting documentation. 3. All invoices are to be rendered by the Contractor on the vendor's standard billhead and forwarded directly to the institution or agency ordering materials and shall specify the address to which payments will be sent. Percentage discounts may be offered for prompt payments of invoices; however, such discounts must be in effect for a period of 30 days or more in order to be considered in making awards.

  • Delivery Requirements Contractor must ensure that the Goods and/or Services are delivered or provided as required by this Contract, the Purchase Order used by Purchaser, and as otherwise mutually agreed in writing between Purchaser and Contractor. The following apply to all deliveries: (a) Contractor shall make all deliveries to the applicable delivery location specified in the Purchase Order. Such deliveries shall occur during Purchaser’s normal work hours and within the time period mutually agreed in writing between Purchaser and Contractor. (b) Contractor shall ship all Goods and/or Services purchased pursuant to this Contract, freight charges prepaid by Contractor, FOB Purchaser’s specified destination with all transportation and handling charges included. Contractor shall bear all risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Goods and/or Services ordered hereunder that occurs prior to delivery, except loss or damage attributable to Purchaser’s fault or negligence. (c) All packing lists, packages, instruction manuals, correspondence, shipping notices, shipping containers, and other written materials associated with this Contract shall be identified by the Contract number set forth on the cover of this Contract and the applicable Purchaser’s Purchase Order number. Packing lists shall be enclosed with each shipment and clearly identify all contents and any backorders.

  • Service Delivery Requirements The following sections describe in detail the work activity required by this program. All CONTRACTORS will be expected to fulfill the work activity requirements in these areas. A. Staff Requirements & Policies CONTRACTOR shall provide the necessary management and administrative personnel whose expertise will ensure efficient operation of SNEMT services. OoA recognizes that a high quality operation begins with key personnel. Therefore, a minimum level of required staffing is described for the positions and functions described below. 1. Program Manager/Director The program manager/director will be in charge of all management and day- to-day operations of the CONTRACTOR’s SNEMT program. The position will maintain consistent and sufficient contact and communication with the OoA and be responsible for all CONTRACT obligations.

  • Construction Requirements (a) All Life and Safety and applicable Building Codes will be strictly enforced (i.e., tempered glass, fire dampers, exit signs, smoke detectors, alarms, etc.). Prior coordination with the Building Manager is required. (b) Electric panel schedules must be brought up to date identifying all new circuits added. (c) All electrical outlets and lighting circuits are to be properly identified. Outlets will be labeled on back side of each cover plate. (d) All electrical and phone closets being used must have panels replaced and doors shut at the end of each day’s work. Any electrical closet that is opened with the panel exposed must have a work person present. (e) All electricians, telephone personnel, etc. will, upon completion of their respective projects, pick up and discard their trash leaving the telephone and electrical rooms clean. If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times. (g) All “anchoring” of walls or supports to the concrete are not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (h) All core drilling is not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (i) All HVAC work must be inspected by the Building Engineer. The following procedures will be followed by the general contractor: i) A preliminary inspection of the HVAC work in progress will be scheduled through the Building Office prior to the reinstallation of the ceiling grid. ii) A second inspection of the HVAC operation will also be scheduled through the Building Office and will take place with the attendance of the HVAC contractor’s Air Balance Engineer. This inspection will take place when the suite in question is ready to be air-balanced. If the Family Leave is foreseeable, the employee must provide the agency/department with thirty (30) calendar days notice of his or her intent to take Family Leave. 2. If the event necessitating the Family Leave becomes known to the employee less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the employee's need for Family Leave, the employee must provide as much notice as possible. In no case shall the employee provide notice later than five (5) calendar days after he or she learns of the need for Family Leave. 3. For foreseeable leave due to a qualifying exigency, an employee must provide notice of the need for leave as soon as practicable, regardless of how far in advance such leave is foreseeable. 4. When the Family Leave is for the purpose of the scheduled medical treatment or planned medical care of a child, parent, spouse or registered domestic partner, the employee shall, to the extent practicable, schedule treatment and/or care in a way that minimizes disruption to agency/department operations.
