Deputy. You may appoint another person as a deputy on the Box. If you have not appointed a deputy herein, the Lessee and any Co-Lessee(s) must sign the Add/Remove Signer form to appoint a deputy. After signing to indicate his/her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this lease, the deputy is permitted to access the Box , remove all or any part of the contents of the Box, or terminate the lease (surrender the Box) without the presence of the Lessee or any Co-Lessee. Any Lessee or Co-Lessee may independently revoke the deputy appointment by signing a new Add/Remove Signer form. We may allow any deputy to access the Box until the deputy has been revoked.

Deputy. Step 1 for Deputy is defined as an entry-level position up through the 12th month of service from date of hire.
Deputy. Deputies who are eligible for and retire under the provisions of the Macomb County Employees' Retirement Ordinance, and this Agreement, shall receive:
1. A straight life retirement allowance consisting of:
a. An employee pension which shall be the actuarial equivalent of the accumulated contributions standing to the employee's credit in his/her savings fund at the time of retirement; and
b. A County pension, which when added to the employee’s pension will provide a retirement allowance equal to the number of years and fraction of a year of credited service multiplied by the sum of 2.64% of the employee’s final average compensation for the first twenty-five (25) years and nothing thereafter. In no case shall the employee’s County pension exceed 66% of the employee’s final average compensation.
c. Effective August 6, 2010, in no case shall the Straight Life pension benefit for a bargaining unit member under this contract exceed 100% of the employee’s base salary at the time of retirement. Such limitation shall be applied to a bargaining unit member’s straight life benefit calculation prior to an applicable actuarial adjustment, if any, for the member’s selection of an optional form of benefit or the annuity withdrawal option. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section D, “Deputy,” Subsection 1.c., at the time of the Act 312 award in XXXX Xxxx Xx. X00 0000, any income already earned by current employees who are in the last 10 years of service for pension eligibility, and the income already earned could be counted as one of the employee’s best three out of ten years, may be counted for FAC purposes, even if that income exceeds 100% of base pay. Any income earned after the date of the 312 Award and connected to the best three out of ten years income already earned may be counted for FAC purposes to exceed 100% of base pay. Example: An employee in 2010 earns income which would result in their FAC being more than 100% of base pay would be allowed to use income from 2011 and 2012 for their FAC years to exceed 100% of base pay since they have already started their best three out of ten years for pension purposes. Any employee, as of August 6, 2010, who has not achieved any portion of three

While this compensatory time shall be considered a separate bank of hours from Cycle Time 41 accruals, no member working the group system shall be entitled to accrue more than eighty (80) hours of 42 Cycle Time and compensatory time combined. Therefore, any member working the group system who 43 has reached his maximum accrual of 42 hours in Cycle Time as defined in D. above, may accrue up to 44 an additional thirty-eight (38) hours in compensatory time. 46 Section 9 - (Overtime Substitution) 47 Overtime once assigned shall be considered to be the right of the member to either work it himself or 48 pass it on to another member of his choice. The member who passes on his overtime shall be subject to 1 the rules in Section 7.B of this Article. The recipient of the overtime shall not lose his place on the 2 overtime list. A member is limited to receiving 100 hours of passed overtime per year.
